Very familial guesthouse as close as it can be from Shaolin Monastery. The owners cook good food and can drive you everywhere for a price. The wife is a guide, so she's very resourceful about what to see and do in the area. The husband's brother is a Shaolin monk so you can speak about kung-fu with him. We had a little misunderstanding at the beginning as I had booked a room with a mountain view and the one prepared had no window to the outside but I was able to change rooms. With their help I was able to hike everywher on the beautiful mountains around as I was less interested in kung-fu than the scenery.

The hotel is a simple and cured Chinese decoration style. The tea room reading room laundry room is all available. The soft decoration is exquisite and warm. The room is spacious and bright, with good lighting. The details are full of care. There is no smell at all. The sanitation is spotless. The bedding is soft and comfortable. Living is more comfortable than at home. The most surprising thing is the hotel's robot service, which is simply a lazy gospel! Intimate and cute! I want to order takeaway at night, it is convenient and efficient to pick up meals, there is no contact throughout the whole process, both hygienic and ritual, and children like to turn around the robot! The location of the hotel is also very good, there is a gas station opposite, it is convenient to travel, it takes ten minutes to drive to Shaolin Temple. It's very clean inside the B&B. There will be small hairs on the sheets, which may be related to the way the sheets are washed. Overall it's still very clean. Cave rooms will smell bad. Because it is one floor, it is relatively airtight. Later I changed to a mountain view room. The situation has greatly improved. The room facilities are relatively old and the bed will creak, but overall it is very quiet. Good for sleeping. It's very close to the scenic spot, just across the road. There was nothing else in the room except two bottles of water. You can make phone calls if required. It is recommended to establish WeChat contact when staying at the hotel, which will be more convenient.

Soaking in the hot spring is basically the same as taking a bath in a hotel tub; the water card can only be used once. The room had a strange, indescribable smell, and there was a school right next door, making it very noisy.

The village is very quiet at night. It’s good to go to the Shaolin Temple early in the morning after a good night’s sleep. There aren’t many people there. The boss is very enthusiastic. The B&B is only more than 800 meters away from the entrance of the scenic spot, so I must pick him up. After we had fun the next day, we went to Zhengzhou, and the boss even rode a small electric donkey to deliver our luggage to us.

Booked it to be closer to Shaolin Temple. It's very close to the mountain gate and you can walk to the mountain gate. But you still need to buy a sightseeing bus to the Shaolin Temple Permanent Hospital and Pagoda Forest, otherwise it takes a long time to walk. The hotel has its own restaurant, which is quite convenient.
