This stay at the guesthouse on this side of the mountain completely exceeded my expectations, making it arguably the most pleasant short trip I've had recently—I have to give it a shout-out! Let me start with the most stunning aspect: the environment and the view. The guesthouse truly lived up to its name; opening the window revealed a breathtaking panorama of rolling mountains. In the early morning, you could even see the mountainside shrouded in mist, the whole scene resembling a traditional Chinese ink painting. When the sun came out, you could see Wansui Peak, one of the 72 peaks of Songshan Mountain, right outside the window. The room's natural wood tones paired with soft lighting instantly relieved the fatigue of my journey. The sheets and blankets were clean and tidy, and the room was warm and cozy, with no dampness even on rainy days. The staff were incredibly welcoming, providing travel tips and introducing local delicacies in Dengfeng. I wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse.

The room was incredibly spacious. The only downside was the lack of a table, which I wasn't used to. Otherwise, it was truly top-notch. We had to trouble the cleaning lady several times last night, but she never complained. She was really kind. What touched me most was that the caregiver reminded us on our night of arrival that there would be breakfast in the morning. He reminded us again as soon as we left in the morning, repeating this several times. I guess he was worried we might feel embarrassed to eat it, haha. Breakfast included porridge, eggs, stir-fried vegetables, and steamed buns.

Hotel location is good, not far from the high-speed exit, more than ten kilometers from Shaolin Temple Scenic Area, you can see Lushan from the window. The room is floor heating and very warm. There are paper and pens to practice calligraphy in the room. There are two popular restaurants around. The front desk service is good, the room is clean and tidy, and the space feels a little cramped. Breakfast is full and parking is convenient.

This hotel offers a great view of Songshan Mountain from the room window! It's conveniently located in the city center, close to all the attractions, making it easy to get around and perfect for shopping and dining. The room itself is clean and comfortable, featuring smart home technology throughout. The service is warm and welcoming, making it a truly hassle-free stay when visiting Dengfeng.

It is our first time in China - it was a great stay - owner is very helpful - helped us to organise the tickets to Zen Music Festival, and she showed us the attractions in the area, we enjoyed the food - traditional breakfast, we had traditional hot pot for the dinner - great experience, also she made for us in the evening traditional tea (Pu-erh, and green tea) - unforgettable moments. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

This hotel is perfect for taking children out to play. The beds are 1.35 meters long, so there is no problem sleeping two people. The room is also very clean. The hotel is very considerate and turned on the heating in advance. Thumbs up. It is very close to Dayu City and there is a night market where you can stay at night.

The hotel is very clean and elegant, our room was spacious, well decorated and equipped. The bed was very big and comfortable. Healthy breakfast served in the room at preferred time. A homestay that deserves 100 points! The room is clean and tidy, and the towels and other supplies are of good quality. It is much more comfortable than the three or four hundred hotels I booked before! The breakfast is also delicious! There are many kinds of food! Eat well! The most important thing is! The uncles and aunts are very enthusiastic, considerate, and friendly (a hundred words of praise omitted here). The next day, we went to climb Songshan Mountain, and the luggage was stored in the homestay. I came back at 6 o'clock after climbing. Because I had to go to Zhengzhou to take the high-speed rail at 9 o'clock, I wanted to rest in the lobby. The uncles and aunts were not impatient at all! Instead, they brought us water and bananas from time to time, and fried cakes for us a little later in case we were hungry! It's really so nice! With such a boss, it's hard not to be happy! The hotel has a special children's play area (or parent-child room), with toys and picture books, and the children had a lot of fun.   - The room is equipped with children's slippers, toothbrushes, and even small tent toys, which are so heartwarming!   - There are parks/squares within walking distance around the hotel, which is very convenient for taking children for a walk at night.

In the last business with limited rooms, we had no choice but to rent a tent. When I arrived at the hotel, I found that it was cheaper than online and there were rooms available. Because it rains, the tent is thrown directly on the ground and cannot be used without a platform. At night, I was forced to take my tent jacket and sleep on the floor in the suite. When I tried to take my own tent items to my room, I was stopped by the waiter! When we checked out, we asked for compensation because we lost a towel and stained a pillowcase! I said we wouldn't steal one of your recycled towels! The waiter said that the towels are disposable and not recycled, so we shouldn't be compensated, right? About the pillowcase. We're only staying for one night. What can I do with your pillowcase? Did you get any lipstick on it? You don’t have any children, so just clean it if it’s dirty! The waiter said that it costs money for us to clean the place and you have to pay the cleaning fee! I'm really impressed. I booked your hotel to watch the Shaolin performance. Don't you know the location and charges of your hotel? It's so unreasonable for such an expensive hotel! No one will steal the used towels that have been recycled and disinfected! Does your hotel charge separately for cleaning bedding? I won't recommend friends to stay there. It's very convenient to take a taxi to see a show without having to stay in this expensive and deceptive place. He looks like he has never seen the world.
