"The rooms were huge at first we were offered room on the ground floor which was huge but we didn't like it as it was too big for us. We asked to change the room. The AC's weren't working and it was a bit hot for us. The only problem was they didn't clean the room for the entire 4 day stay and we were only given 2 toilet paper rolls. We had to ask for another one. The room on 8th floor was squeaky clean, it had a kitchen as well."

"Excellent hotel, truly, everything was perfect. Late check-in was incredibly easy, everything was clearly explained by message, and access to the room was also very straightforward. I was pleasantly surprised upon entering the room: a beautiful space, tastefully decorated, very clean, with a lovely layout and a balcony overlooking the city. The best part was that they had left a message and a slice of cake with music playing on the TV for our arrival; my husband was celebrating his birthday – a very thoughtful touch. I highly recommend it, without hesitation."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the gym is simply exceptional: it's very well-equipped with all the necessary gear, which is quite rare for a hotel. The location is also a real highlight, with a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it easy to get around Malta. We also particularly loved the Abrazo restaurant, located downstairs from the hotel: perfect for breakfast, with quality products and excellent service. However, a few points could be improved. The water pressure in the shower was quite low, and several times, we simply ran out of water in the middle of our shower, which was really a shame. We were also bothered by noise in the corridors at night; the soundproofing could be better. Despite these minor inconveniences, our stay was very satisfactory, and we recommend this hotel for its comfort, facilities, and excellent location."

"Mixed reviews . Positives : great location , can walk everywhere . Gym is good size and great to have to yourself , sauna & jacuzzi are great also . Negatives ; was allocated a ground floor accessible room. Got an early check in , however if I knew it was this room , wouldn’t have taken it . Extremely noisy all night , lift beeping a lot . A lot of clutter , people coming and going . Bathroom door doesn’t close . Had to search the room for the adapter as coffee machine required one"
