"The room was spacious beyond expectation and very clean. The location was also OK, with a lot of bus stops at the door (but anyone who knows about public transportation in Malta knows). Let me talk about the problems: 1. The sound insulation was very poor. Our room was next to the elevator, and the noise of people entering and exiting the elevator affected our rest; the location was facing the street, and the motorcycles were noisy at night. 2. The room 506 we stayed in had a problem with the drainage of the shower, which overflowed into the living room. 3. I don't know if it is Malta's policy or the hotel's policy, but there is a 25 euro fee for check-in before 15:00, and there is no such fee after that."

"Only 2 stars, one for the size of the rooms and one for the location. The rest disappointed us greatly. The room was not cleaned before our arrival, apart from making the bed and putting clean towels. Children's hands on the windows, dusty bathroom, broken toilet seat (which if they had cleaned they would have noticed), dirty floor, blond hair on the sofa and dirty cups available. We reported the condition of the room several times but it was not possible to have a properly cleaned room. Once they did not forget to put back the shower mat that they took away and the bathroom bin left dirty for several days. Despite our requests the room was never cleaned of residues from the previous stay. Very disappointing"

"Excellent hotel, truly, everything was perfect. Late check-in was incredibly easy, everything was clearly explained by message, and access to the room was also very straightforward. I was pleasantly surprised upon entering the room: a beautiful space, tastefully decorated, very clean, with a lovely layout and a balcony overlooking the city. The best part was that they had left a message and a slice of cake with music playing on the TV for our arrival; my husband was celebrating his birthday – a very thoughtful touch. I highly recommend it, without hesitation."
