The hotel’s restaurant staff was very lazy slow and unprofessional. The room pricing were changing so quickly and increasing so fast when we wanted to book for another day!
Other than that, everything was good!

Delightful breakfast with friends. The buffet spread was very good. Were served hot meals on the table. Waffles were the best. Ambience was so soothing. Perfect getaway from Mumbai. Mahesh, Priyatosh and Saurabh were extremely prompt and courteous.

Lovely place next to sea good lawns and gardens.rooms are neat and clean and the staff is very good and helpful. Loved the birds and animals in the resort. The breakfast options are also very good and tasty photogenic vews... Nice and clean gardens

Pros: Family friendly restaurant. Great breakfast buffet. Clean rooms. Safe and child friendly environment. Friendly and always helpful staff. Lots of birds to keep the kids entertained. Indoor and outdoor play area. Cons: Lunch and dinner buffets are good but can be improved. Pools can be cleaner.

The staff is very good but property needs some work. The access to beach is very difficult and there’s no wheel chair accessibility. Because of the good staff they ensured my mom was carried in the wheelchair to the beach. If the accessibility could be built it would be great. The health of the resort is not that great- building is tired and needs work. Food is good and staff is great

Excellent stay at The Resort. Overall rooms, service and food were excellent. The best part is this hotel is handicapped friendly. Our granny also had a comfortable stay and wheelchair goes inside the elevators, rooms, restaurants, pool area.

Home away from home...sprawling property..great food...set in pristine beauty. The entrance is tall attractive and has security check complete. The Concierge helps to take the belongings to your room. The welcome drink is perfect for the welcoming lobby. New leadership of Tarun..dynamic F&B Director is reflected in subtle chages to the menu spread including beverages. Smiling Swati Dhuri with old team of sandeep..rajesh..Saurabh continue to contribute to customer experience.

Excellent staff and too good view …..and excellent food specially semin mahesh hussain prasenjit and ashwini …very helpful and kind staff …we spent and great time here with my family….the location of the hotel was ausome….great food ……….
