"We were three days guest at the hotel and very satisfied. The hotel is dog friendly and the rooms are clean and cozy. Breakfast was rich, although the mirror eggs had to be paid extra. But we only eat cooked eggs. Breakfast was served in the winter garden where you are really nicely sitting. To walk you are in the middle of the city in 10 minutes. The hotel is fitted with a keg track with gastronomy. So perfect for a meeting with friends or family."

"Bad service. Very unhelpful No air conditioning or fan and they don't tell you in advance. So it's very tricky to sleep. They gave no solutions to the problems. I would not stay here again. It's a shame as the town is very preyyu and it's in a good location."

"We arrived before 16:00 and still were allowed to check in. From the reception I would actually have wanted a little more information. The apartment was completely beautiful and clean. There is a small bag with putting tools in the kitchen and also dust and wipers are available. Spices and co are not available. The dinner was totally delicious and selected drinks are included in the price (soft drinks, beer, wine) Also breakfast was top - here I would have liked a kid buffet as well as evening. Kids club and creative workshop (gratis) were great. Playrooms were completely flat and there were little toys available. The swimming pool is relatively small and we felt it very cold. All staff were super friendly and pre-eminent. We weren't the last time there"

"We have known and liked the Seehotel Fleesensee for many years. Although the name has changed each time we have visited, everything else has stayed the same. The well-kept rooms, the restaurant and the spa area have remained almost unchanged since the hotel opened. This is certainly also due to the quality standards of the previous operators Iberotel and Tui-Blue. The decoration and color scheme in the hotel is certainly a bit outdated, which is particularly noticeable in the bar. But the comfort and functionality of the large, bright rooms with balconies facing the lake are still good. In addition to the wonderfully quiet location on the lake with a private beach and jetty, we were impressed by the extensive breakfast buffet with a live cooking station for egg dishes. The service throughout the hotel is very friendly. Our special thanks go to Claudia from the breakfast team: she handles the service at the buffet with exceptional attention and speed, just like on our second-to-last visit 8 years ago! The Seehotel Fleesensee is a good choice for cyclists, water sports enthusiasts and those seeking peace and quiet. It has free parking and storage and charging facilities for bicycles/e-bikes. Tip: Be sure to book a room with a lake view - this makes your stay particularly enjoyable."

"I don't know why most hotels seem to mess with their new guests. I arrived, having booked a room with a lake view, and was given a room under the roof with no Wi-Fi and a lake view through the bathroom window. My complaint was met with a slight eye roll at reception and the explanation that the hotel was fully booked. There were 10 cars in the parking lot, but it had space for 100. Eventually, I did get a room with a lake view and Wi-Fi. It had a bed with a saggy mattress and all the charm of the 90s. No kettle, no coffee, no tea in the room. The spa area is decent, I couldn't find the gym, and the à la carte food was a poor attempt at being good, but not very well executed. It wasn't exactly cheap and was served with a touch of stress. The continental breakfast was ok. Would I come back? No."
