"the whirlpool was out of service which had I known may have changed my booking a room here. The pillows and bed have been well used may consider that it's time to replace them especially since the bed is so worn that it affected not only my comfort but also my mobility because it made my back hurt. it would be nice if the toilet were a tad bit taller because the low toilets make you feel like your gonna sit on the floor. also I'ce only on the first floor is terribly inconvenient"
