"Right next to the mountain cableway, far from the station. No TV signal, the European Cup is ruined. The hotel admitted that some floors had poor signals, but only explained but did not make any compensation, which is ridiculous. "This hotel is old and creaky, but very charming. The rooms are huge by European standards. We booked a panorama view room, and the view was spectacular. I was worried about the shared bathrooms, but only once did I have to wait for a toilet, and I never had to wait for a shower. Breakfast was good, and the view from the breakfast room was breathtaking. My only complaint is that noise travels into the rooms from the hallway under the doors."

"Hotel Jungfrau far exceeded our hopes and expectations! We are experienced travelers and this was one of our best experiences top to bottom. Murren itself is incredible and has so much to offer for the active sportsman or for the person looking for a beautiful place to relax and dine and perhaps stroll in a charming village in The Alps. Hotel Jungfrau has excellent common and private spaces. The views exceed the photos and must be seen in person and are hard to leave. The included breakfast is superb and has vast varitey of choice. For the skier, the location and the facility is your dream and for the non skier it is the same. The hotel is beyond clean, the furnishings throughout are in new or very good condition and any need is met upon request. The management and staff are so welcoming and friendly along with being helpful. This was booked as a once in a lifetime visit and already we are sure of anothe visit to Hotel Jungfrau and Murren! Note- this place is great for families, couples, or just friends on a vacation. "
