Super public bath is available from 6 a.m. on check-in day and can be used from 6 a.m. the next morning. Parking is free. If you only stay at night, there is a feeling of high price, but it is recommended when there is a lot of time on the day of accommodation.

Great location. It's about 25 minutes from Legoland. 4 hours without traffic from Kanagawa, Sagamihara. Paid parking is available. That is my only gripe that they do not validate parking. Not even for Hilton Honor members. 1 night of parking was 3000 yen. Breakfast was delicious. Good variety of food.

Overall very comfortable stay. Good size bed with 2 pillows & a cushion per bed. Quite a long walk from Na***o station, especially if you have luggages. There’s a local Endoji shopping street nearby (can try Everest 8848 Nepali food there if you are tired of eating maki rice rolls & onigiri) & you can actually walk 26min from hotel to Nagoya Castle (the softserve ice-cream wafer there is really good). Besides kettle & mini fridge, there’s also a mini microwave for reheating food. If drinking water is provided would have been perfect.

There is no phone to connect to the front desk in the room. Also, the hot water pot is provided in the room, but there is no tea leaves, so you need to prepare tea by yourself. There are microwave ovens, stoves, etc., but there are no cooking equipment, dishes, chopsticks. There is a washing machine, but there is no drying place, drying function. It is enough to sleep, but it may be a little subtle if the stay in the room is long, such as sightseeing, overnight. If you say you recommend it to people, I don't think I will.

I stayed with my 13-year-old daughter. Around 8 mins walking distance to JR Nagoya and you can see the hotel building from the station if you walk out of Takashimaya Building. They have an underground pass from the train station and the nearest Hotel exit is via towards Lucine Tower L2 which only L2 has a lift up to the street while the rest of the exits are decked with stairs. Even if you lost your way to the hotel, you can always ask for the Post Office as they have a huge Post office nearby the station and passing by the Post office can lead you in the correct direction to the hotel. The impressive thing here is that they have an amenities bar at the lobby provided for room guests and they even have salt baths too! You can just grab your necessities any time you need. Not sure for 2 people but I find the room space is ok for single person, and very clean. Shampoo, shower gels, conditioner, hand soap and basic amenities like hangers and shoe polish are all provided. They also have cute magnet tags on your door to indicate for daily housekeepers. The room I've gotten is very clean and the walls are definitely not sound proof but decent enough to have your own peace and privacy. Facilities here may look old but I find it acceptable as they are very clean and well maintained. Only downside for tourists is that hotel staff here don't speak much English, and most of the room guests here are mostly Japanese business men, Japanese travelers to high school students and sometimes a few foreigners who can speak Japanese. Therefore, it is always helpful if you know some basic japanese or grab someone to stay along with who knows japanese will be good. Breakfast is in buffet style western and japanese, with soup, juice and coffee/tea. And everyday breakfast will be the same thing, but delicious and filling.

The hotel facilities are a bit old (for example WIFI is a little unstable and without password) and the price is higher than other local hotels such like AP... hotel (8000+ yen vs 5100 yen). I have changed hotel as I write this commit.
