Very good, very satisfied. It is only one subway stop away from Nagoya Station (only three bus stops in front of the door). Very new, clean, and exactly the same style as his hotel chain in Tokyo. This store also has a public hot spring bath with excellent facilities. The bus I took arrived in Nagoya at 11 o'clock. I informed the front desk 5 hours in advance. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 and checked in smoothly. The service attitude of the front desk guy was very good and I highly recommend it.

Located in a place that takes less than ５ minutes from Nagoya Station. The location is also easy to understand. The room was large, comfortable and clean and satisfactory. I love the location right at the center of the bustling city of Nagoya. You can grab anything from last minute shopping to food and even a small supermarket at the 1st floor lobby. Connected to JR station and gate towermall below is Takashiimaya. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit with my family.breakfast was really good. Lots of variety to choose from.

Good location, close to railway station and bus terminal. But it was a little bit difficult to find the gate go in. Good service, nice n passionate. I love the room so much! It was clean n cozy with stunning city view! N lovely bathtub ❤️

Staff is so inconsistent - one second they’re polite and the next they’re rude and inconsiderate. I was charged 2000 upon checkout for “extra fee” but wasn’t even told what it was for. Was in a rush to catch my flight so whatever I just paid - but just be careful when staying at low budget inns like this. Laundromat in the hotel only accepts 100yen coins but they don’t even have a coin changing machine so you have to go out and buy something to get enough coins. Wont stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for business trip during one day. I was so tired because of my work, but I can relieve my stress as this hotel provide me with comfort bed room with morning call, a little bit of small but cozy public bath and great breakfast. This hotel is located to a little far from nagoya station, but you can access here easily.

The hotel room is very clean . The bathroom is a bit small but it's ok because it is very clean also. The staff are accommodating. They offer free donuts and coffee at the lobby. Nearby there are lots of convenience stores, restaurants and shopping stores . Breakfasts is EXCELLENT. . i will surely book again when i come back to nagoya. The room rates are cheap and affordable.
