The staff are very friendly and welcoming! The food is good and the breakfast too. Margaret and Milka at the restaurant were always smiling and never tired of bringing us what we needed. The chef prepared us real Kenyan tea!!! Thank you Mercy for organising for my suprise birthday party!!! We shall definitely return.

After 7 days of very early morning starts and adventure, we finally arrived at the Palacina residence and suites, for the final part of our trip. Our suite was very spacious, airy, comfortable and spotless. From the lady that cleaned our room, the staff at the residence as well as the security guards at the gate, each individual was very friendly, attentive and professional. Breakfast was perfect and always accompanied with a great pot of tea, for me! The bar was small and intimate and the private leafy smoking area was very peaceful and relaxing.
