The room facilities are clean and tidy, the service is very good, and the breakfast is rich. Ctrip's service is also quite good. Because we need to book a hotel pick-up, the customer service informed the hotel's email address and edited the email content.

Fantastic place to stay. The staff are all polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. The accommodation was sparkling clean, beautifully laid out, and decorated, with lots of ample space. We particularly liked the residence decor and the very comfortable beds with all round mosquito nets. The Bistro serves delicious hot meals, with a wide selection of dishes, and there are loads of other restaurants to choose from in the neighbourhood. We arrived here after a stay out in the countryside and were delighted that we had access to a fully kitted kitchen and washing facilities where we could wash and dry our clothes. An iron box, and iron board were also provided in the room, which were very useful. Other facilities we really liked, but did not get time to use were, the heated indoor swimming pool, outdoor pool, and gymnasium. Connection to town centre was about 15 to 20 minutes by Uber. We liked it so much that we decided we will be returning for our next visit in about eighteen months.
