The 67 airport hotel was perfect for our one night stay after arriving late at the airport. The airport pick-up was super convenient and the staff were welcoming and wonderful.

We had a very good stay at 67 Airport Hotel. We stayed two nights. The beds are comfortable, the room is clean and well stocked. It is very convenient to the airport. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The food in the restaurant is really good. I would stay here again on my next trip through Nairobi. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the water wasn't hot, just lukewarm.

UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF !!! I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel due to the unprofessional staff, particularly Hillary at the gate. His attitude was unwelcoming and disrespectful, which significantly tainted my stay. This is the second time I've encountered such poor customer service here, and it’s clear that no improvements have been made. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you value good customer service.

Hillary at gate is unprofessional, He is causing unnecessary drama to customers.The lack of professionalism was not only frustrating but also disappointing given the hotel’s reputation. I hope they take immediate action to train their staff better, as their current behavior severely impacts the overall guest experience.

Hôtel vraiment parfait, situé juste à côté de l'aéroport. Les chambres sont spacieuses, agréables, l'accueil est irréprochable. De plus, la communication avec l'équipe est excellente, merci beaucoup ! Je reviendrai sans hésiter dans cet hôtel pour mon prochain voyage au Kenya.

Prima hotel, niet ver van vliegveld met gratis transfer van en naar het vliegveld. Mooie ruime kamers met groot en goed bed. Ruime badkamer en ruime douche. Wordt keurig bijgehouden en hygiënisch. Koffie, thee en water ruim voorzien. Balcon met uitzicht. Accommodatie hotel: Goed restaurant (24u) en prima - zeer uitgebreid - hotel. Zwembad - met mogelijkheid om iets te drinken en te eten. Gym met verscheidene toestellen is gratis voor hotelgasten. Een compleet hotel met vriendelijke medewerkers en goede service waar het, ondanks de wat mindere omgeving, goed toeven is.
