The service of the room lady and the front desk lady are very warm and thoughtful, and the problem is solved very quickly. The breakfast provided is rich and delicious. The overall stay experience is quite good and worth recommending"

"There were 2 bottles of shampoo, 1 bottle of conditioner, and no shower gel in the bathroom. It took a while for the phone call to arrive. But by then I had already finished my dry shower. The service was slow to respond. The TV didn't work. It could be turned on, but there was no picture. The waiter couldn't adjust it well. I stayed there for 2 days, and the TV was completely useless. It was stuffy when I slept at night, the central air conditioner was not turned on, and the window had only a small opening. The experience was not good."
