房間就在那不勒斯中央火車站廣場，非常乾淨整潔，而且竟然也不吵。房間裏有冰箱，保險櫃，熱水也很舒服，毛巾每天更換，房間每天打掃。Marco也很熱心，給我們提供了很多建議。早餐是在火車站地下一層的咖啡館，包含一杯咖啡和一個可頌。下次還會選擇住在這裏。

siamo stati in questo b&b per una notte ci siamo veramente trovati bene gentilissimi tutti anche la donna delle pulizie consiglio per chi deve soggiornare a napoli vicino alla metro e alla stazione colazione al bar di sotto veramente buona ambiente pulito e accogliente stanze nuove grazie mille

Il soggiorno è stato gradevole nonostante al checkin ho atteso 20 minuti nonostante la nostra puntialita allappuntamento. Poi mi hanno fatto ripagare il soggiorno che avevo pagato gia con ******* per fortuna poi stornato quando ho fatto vedere il doppio addebito su carta di credito. La stanza piccolina adatta per pochissimo giorni. Il letto e la doccia formidabile che è lessenziale. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile.

très belle chambres et coffre. Micro ondes et thé dans le couloir.
Tres bien placé prés de la gare et de la vieille ville.
Excellent accueil, plan à dispo avec plein de conseils, resto.... personnel très soucieux de notre bien-être.

Not what I expected. The room was just as in the photos, clean and quiet. However there was no coffee maker in the room, no down blanket as mentioned in the Travelocity description. The room has a small refrigerator. There is a 10 Euro extra fee if you check in after 8pm. This fee was not listed on Travelocity when I booked the hotel. I also paid 2.5 Euros extra tax on arrival. The guest house is hard to find, there is no sign on the road. Once inside you have to find the stairway B which is not visible from the entrance and go up to the 3rd floor. The hotel staff helped me to find the place, sending photos, maps, etc.

The room was spacious, very modern and clean. This is not a conventional hotel with a lobby and staff on site all day. It's a little difficult to find but the staff contacted me on WhatsApp and provided instructions. The entrance to the Metro is right across the street, and the breakfast provided is a pastry and coffee at a very nice cafe on the lower level of the Metro entrance.
The only thing I would suggest is a sign on the (very securely locked) exit door explaining how to open the latch without a key. I thought I was locked in until another guest showed me how to open it.
