"The best is about the location which have ptt petrol station with 7e in front of the hotel. Don’t expect an executive class hotel in this region. Don’t come to narathiwat if you want are the type of people expecting resort like in maldives. This region is not focus on tourism like phuket, pattaya, krabi, etc. this hotel is way much better and good enough to stay."

"I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Narathiwat! Check-in was quick and hassle-free. The receptionists were warm, welcoming, and very attentive throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely modern interior. The bed was comfortable, and having Netflix in the room was a great bonus. The hotel also offers motorbike rentals, which made exploring Narathiwat so much easier. It's located in a quiet residential area near Narathiwat School, so it's perfect if you prefer a peaceful stay away from the crowds. Just keep in mind that it's a bit far from the bus terminal, so it's best to arrange a Grab or other transportation before arriving. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed my experience. Kudos to the entire team for the excellent hospitality! I would happily stay here again. ❤️"

"I booked and paid for a Deluxe Suite. When we arrived, we were shown a single room unit. When me receipt was provided and we demanded the Deluxe Suite, wwe were told that what show showed us was all there was. We left to go back to Narathiwat. I intend to seek a refund."
