📍 30 Montague St, Narooma

"Overall, I had a good stay and felt it offered fair value for the price. The biggest highlight is definitely the location. It's just a short walk from the beach, making it very convenient to enjoy the waterfront whenever you like. When we checked in, the staff welcomed each room with a complimentary bottle of milk, which was a thoughtful touch and made us feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during my visit, so I didn't get to use any of the amenities. It was winter as well, so it wasn't a major disappointment. Overall, it's a solid hotel in a great location. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay near the beach at a reasonable price, I'd definitely recommend it."

The Tree Motel ★★★
"I booked this hotel because there weren't many hotels nearby during peak season. Be careful, fellow travelers! No one checked in; you have to use a check-in code. Before checking in, I saw someone on my drive saying their system was down and they hadn't received their check-in code. Sure enough, I encountered the same problem. I called the front desk four or five times, but no one answered! I didn't receive a check-in code notification even after check-in time had passed! I only received it two hours after complaining to Ctrip customer service. What a rip-off!"

"Disappointing. The location is great but only apt #3 has the open ocean view. Nice decor and furnishings. Good layout. Private and clean. However very disappointed to find upon arrival extensive construction work next door with a sander, drill and other building noise in full motion from 7.00am. Poor guest wifi and no Netflix. Free parking but tight. The gardens were overrun with weeds and the water feature a mozzie nursery. Poor bathroom lighting. This was my 3rd visit (it's been a few years) but will not return again. Glad to leave. NB. Narooma is a fantastic place to explore and stay. Pristine beaches and the rugged coastline offer adventures and discoveries. The picturesque Inlet farms oysters that are perhaps the best in the world! They have an annual Oyster Festival. There are lots of level walking areas. It is absolutely beautiful. Worth any journey :)"

"Not sure whether it is the hotel or the third party booking system. I had booked and paid via this third party agent and received booking confirmation and even a hotel booking voucher. Upon arrival, you have to email the hotel property to get room allocation and access key. No staff contact. The email response was unhelpful, first they told me they don’t have the booking. Then in their second email, they say that the third party booking agent had cancelled my booking. I’m not sure whether it is this hotel or the third party agent. Something is off. I’ve never had any trouble before with this third party agent. So I’m putting it down to the hotel. I won’t be staying at this hotel. Decided to stay at a different hotel."
