The stay was good. The bed however was quite uncomfortable and the surroundings were noisy. But the service was quick and commendable.

Room is fine. But cockroaches were roaming all over the room and some bad smell exist in room due to old furniture's. Hotel is easily accessible to main road and restuarants is an positive thing.

Our stay had some ups and downs. On the positive side, the place itself was nice. However, there were a few areas that needed improvement. The tv wasn't working due to a recharge issue, the air conditioning could have been more effective, and the bathroom doors were sticking, causing some inconvenience.

Room was not clean I see lot of small cockroach 🪳 in the room.
pillow don't have cover and bed sheet/towels also very old hot water is good

The worst experience i have ever had in my entire life. We stayed here for 2 days. And that was our worst nightmare. The manager is extremely rude. The staff's behaviour is really bad. We ordered lunch at 1 pm. And we called them 4 times to check about the status of our lunch. Finally they gave us lunch at 3. 30 pm. The next day we ordered coffee in the morning. The same thing happened. They made us wait for more than 2 hours for a coffee. When we escalated the issue to the manager, he was really rude and talked as if we were staying there for free of cost. Ac is not working. We have called the maintenance and nothing happened. The sofa was moving and we complained about it. Finally they gave us another room. If you really want to book rooms in this hotel please bring mosquito repellent or mosquito bat. Because the whole property is surrounded by mosquitoes and you can't sleep at night. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone at any cost.

There was nothing there. At first the room’s ac was not working. We have to call 2-3 times for someone to check, den we started to b angry they changed the room. No dental assessory, no water. If we call for dental items, or any other assistance we have to call minimum 2-3 times. Disappointing

Ac not working properly. . . Bathroom door is damage. . There is no seperation door in-between room and living area
