"Well where to start beautiful hotel right on the beach fabulous views out to the sea & onto Ozbor.food is excellent always something to choose from great choice's not always as hot as I would expect,but this is not something new in Bulgaria. The staff are it's true gem especially Sharif in the he lobby bar makes the best coffee by a mile but saying that they are all absolutely fantastic nothing is too much, & considering what they have to deal with day in & day out, our room cleaned every day if you wish. Entertainment team do there best too. Well done all at the Luna Bay. Home now to work off all the pounds I've put on. look forward to returning"

"We have just returned from HVD Miramar and had a fantastic holiday. From the first day until the last, everything was enjoyable and very well organized. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and cleaned every day to a high standard. The whole property looks cared for and you can see that a lot of effort is put into keeping everything looking nice for the guests. The food was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a great variety every day and the quality was consistently good. Breakfast, lunch and dinner always offered plenty of choices, and everything was fresh and tasty. Even after several days we were still finding new dishes to try. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, polite and always willing to help. Whether at reception, in the restaurants or around the pool, everyone greeted us with a smile. It created a very welcoming atmosphere and made us feel comfortable during our entire stay. A special mention should go to the foreign manager, who could often be seen around the hotel talking with guests and making sure everything was running smoothly. It was nice to see such a hands on approach and genuine interest in guest satisfaction. The beach area was clean and well maintained, and the pools were excellent. There was always enough space to relax and enjoy the beautiful sea views. The location of the hotel is also perfect for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday. What we liked most was the overall atmosphere. Everything felt relaxed, professional and guest oriented. It is the kind of place where you can truly switch off and enjoy your vacation without worrying about anything. Thank you to the whole HVD Miramar team for making our stay so enjoyable. "Good size rooms (could do with some repairs in places), lack of hot water was a daily problem, no more than 10 mins of hot water (shower) for a room of up to 4 people. Poor maintenance of pools and areas around it, sharpe areas in the pool where tiles are / have come unstuck, umbrellas falling apart meaning lack of shade when needed. Lifeguards were friendly and would speak on occasion. Cleaning staff would make the bed and refresh towels but never seem to mop or sweep floors. Basic all you can eat buffet at meal times, food was hit and miss sometimes cold, sometimes seemed undercooked. (Castello) Young Staff at Tropicana which seems a little overpriced, was rude when questioned about not giving right change and had to ask twice for missing drinks we ordered. Privately owned apartments mixed in with tourist apartments who like to dictate rules around the pool to suit them and were very rude (Block B). Only friendly faces were the entertainment staff (Animation) who spoke regularly and laughed and joked when walking past. Plenty of sports/activity's during the day but evening entertainment seemed little to none I’ll avoid revisiting obzor as I felt the locals were rather rude and obzor didn’t have a great deal to offer in terms of entertainment but plenty of shops to get your knock off goods. Only positive was our Jet2 rep Georgi who noted all our complaints and tried to rectify them the best he could."

"We had an amazing stay at Sunrise Blue Magic Resort in Obzor and were very satisfied with everything. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the rooms were comfortable, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety every day. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The pools, beach, and overall atmosphere were perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The entertainment team was absolutely fantastic! The animation was fun, energetic, and well organized, with great activities and evening shows for both children and adults. A special thank you to Ivan, who is simply the best! His positive energy, kindness, and enthusiasm made our holiday even more enjoyable. He truly stands out and deserves special recognition. We highly recommend Sunrise Blue Magic Resort and would be happy to come back again!"

"This place has all the important stuff right. Location is perfect, right on the beach and the pretty town of Obzor just across the road. All areas of the hotel are kept very clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The sofas in the lobby area need a good clean though. Food is excellent, we went all inclusive and for the price you really can’t knock it, there’s plenty of choice and it’s piping hot and tasty. Also the staff are lovely, polite and helpful. Entertainment is hit and miss, the professional entertainers are very good, the rest of it is amateurish. The hotel really needs two things, a relaxing bar lounge and a designated smoking area rather than just “anywhere outside”, sometimes you can’t get away from the stink of cigarette smoke. The end of our holiday was nearly spoiled by a badly behaved group of local schoolboys who had come for a football tournament, they ran riot around the hotel completely unsupervised. Eventually when enough guests complained they were brought to heel but the hotel should have rules around this kind of booking. Speaking of rules the hotel has many, things like not taking food away from the restaurants etc, but they don’t bother to enforce them! Overall we did have a lovely holiday though, it’s just a couple of niggles that need addressing."

"Wow what a fantastic hotel ! From the moment we arrived - the fantastic reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. The chefs went above and beyond to make fantastic array of delicious food.
