"We are here bow. Lovely hotel and always clean however very frustratrd that we are on day 5 of thr splashpark not working when its a big part of why we booked. No explanation and reception say they dont know when it will be fixed. We also had a day of no indoor pool and no jacuzzi. Not good enough"

"Everything was above expectations, we were a bit worried reading some reviews but our experience was fantastic. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and thoroughly cleaned everyday, the food was good, 2-3 main courses, 3-4 side dishes, fish everyday, fresh salads, veggies and fruits, we always found something to our taste, the kids too. the drinks were decent, the beer was cold and to our surprise, the pool had great water temperature, which we NEVER found in Bulgaria! The water is usually terribly cold in the pools, but not here, this was the best surprise ever. There are more than enough sunbeds, and the kids pool is fun even for adults 😁 The all inclusive part is great, you can always find drinks or a snack during the day. Quiet at night and confortable, big enough, beds. I've read people complaining about air conditioning, we had no problem whatsoever, it worked perfectly. A bit far from the beach but we enjoyed the walk everyday, it's a nice one trough the wild sand dunes (stroller friendly). The water is shallow enough at the beach so kids can safely play in. Exceptional value for money. We marked this vacation as a great one and plan to return. PS: There's all you can eat ice cream at lunch and dinner, the kids loved it even tho we didn't let them eat all they could eat 😅 and they even have animation for kids."

"Aged 79 years this was my first ever journey outside of England, the hotel was fantastic and I had an excellent time with my daughter and son in law. The hotel was very clean and the food was very good, could find no faults at all. We hope to return in 2026 with two more members of the family."

"The Garden complex in Bulgaria is an excellent choice for a holiday, it is very large, offers about eight swimming pools, several restaurants and a nice and helpful service. A great location, close to the beach, makes your stay extremely comfortable and we'll be happy to return there."
