"The hotel is located near the beach, about a 400-meter walk away. The facilities are generally good, but the shower/shower curtain is really poorly designed. After every shower, the bathroom floods. Breakfast is okay, but nothing more. Flower Street is about a 20-minute walk along the promenade. The free parking is a great feature; otherwise, it would be expensive."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and always happy to accommodate all of our requests, making us feel truly looked after throughout the holiday. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the cakes which were exceptional every day. The rooms and all the facilities were maintained to a very high standard, and the location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, bars and the beach. The staff truly made this holiday unforgettable, and we would definitely love to come back again."

"Everything was above expectations, we were a bit worried reading some reviews but our experience was fantastic. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and thoroughly cleaned everyday, the food was good, 2-3 main courses, 3-4 side dishes, fish everyday, fresh salads, veggies and fruits, we always found something to our taste, the kids too. the drinks were decent, the beer was cold and to our surprise, the pool had great water temperature, which we NEVER found in Bulgaria! The water is usually terribly cold in the pools, but not here, this was the best surprise ever. There are more than enough sunbeds, and the kids pool is fun even for adults 😁 The all inclusive part is great, you can always find drinks or a snack during the day. Quiet at night and confortable, big enough, beds. I've read people complaining about air conditioning, we had no problem whatsoever, it worked perfectly. A bit far from the beach but we enjoyed the walk everyday, it's a nice one trough the wild sand dunes (stroller friendly). The water is shallow enough at the beach so kids can safely play in. Exceptional value for money. We marked this vacation as a great one and plan to return. PS: There's all you can eat ice cream at lunch and dinner, the kids loved it even tho we didn't let them eat all they could eat 😅 and they even have animation for kids."

"Aged 79 years this was my first ever journey outside of England, the hotel was fantastic and I had an excellent time with my daughter and son in law. The hotel was very clean and the food was very good, could find no faults at all. We hope to return in 2026 with two more members of the family."

"The Garden complex in Bulgaria is an excellent choice for a vacation. It's very large, offers around eight swimming pools, several restaurants, and friendly and helpful staff. Its excellent location, close to the beach, makes for an exceptionally comfortable stay, and we'll happily return."

"Nice hotel Rooms spacious and balcony Food - was good - always found something to eat Snack bar - didn't have it except the best oven baked jacket potatoes available all day till 5. Pool areas nice - very busy main pool. Relax pool was good. Staff not very smiling like some places and less understanding of English but helped if u asked z Great cocktails Only bad thing 5 mins walk from the beach and had to pay 16 euros for two sunbeds so if u spend lots of time on the beach this could build up Near shops and few mins from strip and rides Overall good holiday - would I come back yes."
