Chloe at the front desk was GREAT she was very accommodating we had a room where the locks on the door were acting up & they upgraded our room. 😃 The location was perfect. The hotel was clean, linen was supplied with no issues every time we called. The hotel was very quiet besides the noise from the streets but that was expected. I will definitely be back!!

Everything qas fabulously. Only complaint was we couldnt get the ac to kick on ane neither could they guy working overnight but he was super nice and went and found us a fan to use for the night so we were perfectly fine.

they employees here where phenomenal!! as soon as we come in they offering us drinks we hadn’t even got to our room yet! i loved that and was just very helpful when we needed it most! i really appreciated the atmosphere here. i will definitely be back! thank you all to assisted me on my birthday trip i had the best time!!

This is a wonderful boutique hotel close to the French Quarter without being “in” the French qtr. sites, restaurants and bars are very close. One recommendation is to check your room before you check in. Ours had a window that gave a beautiful view of a fully lit hallway. No blackout curtains or other ways to block the light. Other than that, the hotel was great.

I would’ve looked past the fact we had an empty coke bottle in the trash and a little dry piss on the bathroom seat and given them a 4 star because the location was great, the room was in the corner and it was big. You have to go thru a maze to get to your room. Shower was confusing because it only have half glass so water gets on the floor and you have to do bootleg instructions to get the tv on. Besides all that if you came to party all that wouldn’t matter BUT as we was checking out I was informed we was being charged a smoking fee and we don’t even smoke! My husband has a lung disease and can’t be around smoke so how can we possibly be smoking in a hotel room. Then on top of that the front desk the note on file say “someone walked passed the room and smelled smoke). Didn’t understand that cause we had a corner room you can’t just walk pass our room, you will have to pass the last door and come down to the corner and if you think you smelled smoke why not just knock on the room door to confirm! I feel like we were singled out because of our appearance. We pay the price to stay somewhere nice and these places try and discriminate against us for wateva reason. I have made numerous attempts to contact management even before we left and was told ALL management on vacation until next Wednesday, that’s crazy! I called another partner hotel and they didn’t have a manager on duty either. The hotel itself is nice but I won’t be recommending or staying here ever again!!!

The hotel was great and we would definitely stay again. It was very convenient to all the popular places.
