Stayed here one night whilst daughter ran the GNR. Rooms basic isn’t had a musty smell. On first glance looks clean but when looking for a charging point it was noticed how bits had been missed out. Bathroom with a shower in, towels provided. Room warm with food smell from nearby restaurant when their extractor came on. Tea & coffee making facilities in the lounge downstairs. Has a cafe attached but no options of non dairy milk provided. The owner was very nice & accommodating & for his service alone I would have given 5 stars but this place could definitely do with a revamp but I suppose you get what you pay for.

This is a well kept, clean budget hotel, we stayed here for 1 night. The gentleman at reception when we checked in was really nice, he let us check in early and showed us to our room, our room was on the small side, but had everything in including, microwave, kettle, sink and a bathroom. There is a little sitting room opposite reception that has tea and coffee facilities, sofas and a tv. The women on reception was lovely when we checked out, she offered to make us toast but we were going elsewhere for breakfast. Overall this is a small budget hotel but has fantastic facilities and lovely staff, we will be back again!

When we got there and were shown to our room the room was so very cold we had to ask for the heating on for 2 days this prompted them to come and check the room radiator on the second day . There was a constant raw sewage smell coming from the shower room every time we opened the door We arrived on the Fri till sun when we were leaving we stopped for breakfast in the cafe next door and that was really nice ..I started itching on my 2 hour journey home to be absolutely horrified to see when I got undressed that I had been so badly bitten I went on the Monday to have these bites checked to be informed they were bed bug bites as they were only in areas of my body that were exposed my friends had a few bites each but as I react badly to bites mine had started to swell and itch they were on my arms,hands,face,and really bad on my feet . I took photos and sent them to the hotel to be told nobody else had ever complained suggesting I had been bitten else were ..I'm now on day 8 and they have started to heal but have left a few scars especially on my arms .. I have reported this to booking .com who had sent a complaint on my behalf to Bentley's Hotel But not even an apology absolutely disgusting
