I drove all the way from Paris to Nice on a last minute business trip and arrived late, but the front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly.
The room was very comfortable, with bath towels, hair dryer, USB sockets. The breakfast was very good, and it is close to Arenas tram station, which is a 5-minute walk away. There are no extra pillows, so if you sleep on thick pillows, it is not recommended to sleep here. The room was clean, but there was no shampoo supplies in the bathroom.

We booked a superior double room for the air conditioning. The air conditioning broke on the first night, so we discussed it with the front desk. They took out an electric fan to deal with us, saying that it was summer and it was normal for the air conditioning to be hot. If your air conditioning is cold at home, you are lucky, but every room here is hot. Then I complained to Ctrip customer service about this hotel. I have to give a thumbs up to the customer service. They helped me solve the problem the next day. The front desk was respectful when they saw me the next day and said that they had found someone to repair the air conditioning. Everything else is fine. It is also close to the airport and has a direct train to the city center! Ctrip is very reliable when traveling abroad

So we had our flight cancelled and lost one night in this hotel. I requested a refund for 1 night even though they're policy is non refundable, the hotel did refund one night. Which is why I think this hotel is very good for staying.
