An extremely memorable accommodation experience. The owner was very enthusiastic and explained to us the local attractions and food in Nice, and helped us carry our suitcases upstairs. You can totally believe its 4.9 rating! We booked a larger room for the last two nights, and they took the initiative to arrange our first two nights in the same room. The room was very clean and warm, with a kitchen for cooking. We used the refrigerator and microwave in the room, which were very convenient. It was a bit cold at first, but the temperature quickly rose after turning on the air conditioner. It is worth mentioning that the quilt provided in the room is very comfortable. I really want to know how to buy the same quilt!

The room is a bit small, but it has everything you need. There is also a hidden kitchen for cooking. The tableware is very exquisite. I like it very much! The only downside is that the stairs are very steep, which is not convenient for people with large luggage. Excellent location in the old town with loads of restaurants on the doorstep. The staff were so very friendly and helpful Bedroom spotless, comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning Will definitely stay again. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment

Guy provided excellent service and recommendations for local area restaurants and things to do in and around the area.the hotel is situated right in(near) old Nice that gives you tat warm feeling of France. The room was very nice and extremely clean.

The reception desk was incredibly friendly! Very cozy room, everything was clean and well maintained. The location is perfect as well, right next to the tram and also near the main square in Vieux Nice. Not to mention the beach is in very walkable distance. We only wish we were able to stay longer!

Very nice room, well equipped with tea coffee, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, microwave, dishwasher and electric hob etc... The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location in the old town, surrounded by restaurants and bars.
