古香古色的小院，房間很乾凈，智能馬桶，洗漱用品很好，送的下午茶和水果很新鮮，早餐很豐富，值得一提的是小哥的服務真的很好，晚上還給我們送了熱牛奶，接送幫我們提行李，韓嶺老街還是值得一玩！

在韓嶺老街裏面，就在小河邊。服務很好，送了下午茶、晚間甜品和伴手禮，智能廁所、紙巾、枕頭等細節也做的很上檔次。由於這次沒帶小朋友，其他的特色項目沒有體驗。

選擇入住韓嶺院，很大程度是衝著墅家熱情周到的服務去的。雖然墅家的屋內設計總給我不夠精緻的感覺，但服務人員們如沐春風般的服務足以壓過一切，是謂瑕不掩瑜。服務這種東西，往往是於細節處見真章的。但對比麗江的玉廬和婺源的西沖院，寧波韓嶺院在服務方面還有很大的提升空間：
1.能否提前一日主動來電以確認行程；
2. 能否提供一對一或多對一的管家服務，而非是將所有住户打包在一個聊天羣裏；
3. 韓玲老街道路起伏，前往要過橋跨門檻，管家能否主動幫拿行李，做好酒店引導
