The 2-bedroom is very spacious. However, the upholstery of the sofa and dining chairs were filthy. Carpet was also dirty. Staff services was bad. The receptionist on Night 1 and Day 2 looks like she is very unhappy whenever approached for anything. We requested for room cleaning on Day 2 while we went out for 2hrs plus and when they saw us came back, that was the only time they sent someone to clean, while we were already in the room. They don't give extra water too so stock up. Frasers Place, which is just beside this property, is a whole lot better option.

When we enter the apartment, we smell an unpleasant smell. The apartment is spacious and with a nice greenery and sea view. The sofa and dining chair were not cleaned and we found food debris. Were freaked out when we noticed there were 2 worms in between the gap of a dining chair. Called housekeeping to vacuum the sofa and dining chairs.
Bed and towels are ok.
Overall, the stay is fine except for the cleanliness part. There are supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.

Bring parents and children to stay for one day. The room is comfortable and clean, spacious and bright, and convenient for travel. The service staff is gentle and thoughtful. I will stay here again next time.

Hotel/service apartment is nicely renovated and furnished, but when we opened the main door there is a strong smell of sewerage maybe due to stagnant air. Also, the freezer drawers were frozen shut and only the last drawer can be pulled out, but our food did not freeze overnight. The fridge door is likely not able to shut tightly enough that's why there's frost and also a lot of dripping from melted ice. We liked the beds and had a good sleep.
