Guests could enjoy the onsen (hot spring) within the hotel grounds, and there were also several other outdoor onsen accessible by the hotel's shuttle bus, which took about 2 minutes. The breakfast selection was extensive, and everything was delicious."

"It was the greatest experience I have had in onsen hotel staying. Everything was the greatest with no room to complain. Exceptional service, nice private onsen (reservation required), spacious and clean rooms, free drinks, dinner with wagyu beef, quiet and relaxing environments. I left my jacket in my room, after I left, they even email me to offer options if I want to have the jacket back. They finally arranged to courier the jacket to my hotel I stayed afterwards (courier fee COD). I appreciate this service a lot, they truly want me to have a nice trip with no regrets. I highly recommend this onsen hotel, very valuable for this low price!"
