"Last year, I had to go to a related hotel to check in, but this year I was able to check in at the Lotti, which was nice. The staff were all friendly and kind, and I would like to stay here again.
I would have liked an electric kettle in the room. The amenities were quite minimal."

"As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I saw the shelf of the building project outside the building. I was very afraid of the engineering noise during the stay. Fortunately, the construction period did not bring us any impact. It was repairing the roof hotel and Trip.com that gave us a very quiet room on the floor. Service and facilities are very good, everything is just right, it is a hotel that makes people feel relaxed."
