"I am going to make a point about the service in Novotel: I was greeted by Gita and she has done an absolute excellent job. I have asked for a quiet room so I can have some sleep as had an early flight. I have passed my special thank you to Gita when I was leaving, through a receptionist man, early morning. The hotel room was ready on my arrival but obviously it needs updating as looks scratchy, and shabby but it didn't effect me at all, for night before the flight it was excellent! I would definitely recommend the hotel and will be back again. Many thanks to Gita and manager Jastina."

"Title: Disappointing Stay - Would Not Recommend My recent stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean, with visible cobwebs and even spiders, which left a very unpleasant feeling. To make matters worse, my children developed rashes during our stay, possibly due to insect bites. The breakfast experience was equally underwhelming. The selection was limited, and when I asked for a clean spoon, the gentleman at breakfast was quite arrogant. He pointed me to two dispensers, one labelled "clean" and the other "dirty." However, the "clean" dispenser also had dirty spoons mixed in. When I pointed this out, he showed no interest in addressing the issue. Given these issues, especially the impact on my children’s health, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It was an unpleasant experience overall."

"Me and my partner arrived and was given our card to room the door would not open then went back down to reception she scanned card so it would work went back up to room to open the door to find the room had not even been cleaned dirty bedding and towels laying around so went back down to reception told here she give us a new room at this point ne and my partner had given up we ended up leaving wasting our money"
