This place exceeded all our expectations! At first, we were just happy to have a place to spend the night so close to Universal Studios Japan without breaking the bank. But once we got there, it was clear that there was so much more than just proximity to USJ. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. They spoke superb English, too! It's a hostel so you can get towels for a small fee, you share showers and bathrooms, you take care of your own linen when you arrive and upon leaving, etc.---the usual stuff, which is explained very clearly. They also have a vending machine with cold drinks on the ground floor. Our room was HUGE. We had a private room with bunk beds for just me and my 8-year-old, but there could have been room for at least three other people (a huge difference from our tiny hotel room in Shinjuku). The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and a perfect place to get some rest after spending a whole day on your feet. The play area on the ground floor was quite loud when we checked in, with kids running everywhere. Still, we couldn't hear them from our room upstairs. At any rate, quiet hours start at 10 pm. Every resident there seemed very nice when sharing space around the sinks, and my kid and I felt very safe using the shared showers and bathrooms. We got 1.5-day tickets to USJ so we only stayed one night. We checked out on our own (very) early the next morning and, again, all the instructions were very easy to follow. I just wish I got to say ”bye” to the staff person who greeted us the night before. He was delightful and I wish him well!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which offers spacious rooms and a convenient location. There are supermarkets and restaurants in the area, making it very convenient for us. One of the highlights was enjoying the hot spa which’s nearby hotel. As hotel guests, we received a discount of about one thousand Yen for the entry. The breakfast experience at the sky restaurant on the 51st floor was delightful, with a beautiful view and delicious food. What made the whole experience even better was the great deal we got from Trip for this hotel.

The hotel room was large and very comfortable. It was my first time staying in a hotel and I saw a Picasso imitation painting, which made me feel good. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the bedroom (Room901) was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep, but the air conditioner in the living room did not have this problem. There are 4 large windows in the room, and the curtains have been hanging down for a long time. I don't understand why the curtains in the room cannot be opened, which wastes the open view outside. The hotel's buffet breakfast is rich, I like it very much.

Good size room, bigger than many hotels in Japan.. There are 3 of us, and we still have decent walking space with our luggage open. Hotel is a bit far from Dotonbori, so it's quite a walk, especially on rainy days. No point taking train as it's about same walking time from train stations. It will be nice if hotel can provide bottled water. Room is clean and nice.

Location is great, service was good and breakfast was the best. It was near the famous Glico man. It is also within walking distance to Parco and other great stores. ABC Mart, Uniqlo, Atmos are near. As to food trips, there are a lot of ramen places around. Namba Station is about 1 kilometer away, which can be easily be walked even with luggages, where you can board the Nankai Line to Kansai Airport. Yes, the airport is just a train ride away, no need to hire expensive private transfers.

This hotel is really nice and affordable, stayed there a week and feel super happy to be there. Close to metro station, family mart and sightseeing spots. Toilets and showers are shared and extremely clean. You can self check in if you come after 10 pm am either a very friendly automated system. Five stars to this hotel, definitely recommended.

As it's located away from the touristy areas, it's relatively cheaper, quieter, and compared to Tokyo hotels I have booked, roomier. The staff are excellent--they speak or at least understand English, and are efficient and warm. Basic breakfast is included-- the boiled egg is my favorite, and brewed coffee is available 24 hours .

Hotel is stone throw from two of the major POA, Kuroman market and Dotonbori, and Kintetsu-Nippombashi Station where one can escape the weather element anf shop till Osaka Namba station....The hotel has everything you need and the packet Kopi aka Coffee is good. The hotel provide free umbrella too in case there is rain

I stayed with a baby plan (mom support plan) in May with a 5 month old infant. Supper is a room meal, breakfast is also a private room (with tatami mats) in the restaurant, and during the meal, cushions and bath towels were laid thick on the tatami mats to put the infant to sleep, so you can enjoy a delicious meal slowly. did. In addition, the disinfection set of baby bottles and rental of bath chairs are included in the plan, so it was saved without having to carry heavy luggage during the trip.
