The location is excellent and it is very convenient for business trips to Osaka. This is my second stay. The room is a bit small, but it is clean and tidy. The experience is not bad. In addition, the breakfast is Thai food downstairs, which is delicious. If you can't finish the sandwich, you can take it away to save money for lunch!

新大阪駅と繋がってるホテルでとても行きやすいし中もオシャレでした。アメニティも充実してて部屋もすごく居心地よかったです。また大阪に旅行に行った際はぜひ行きたいです。また、忘れ物をしてしまったと伝えたらスタッフの皆さんが一生懸命探してくれたり皆さんの対応にも感動しました。ありがとうございました！

The hotel is very nice from the downstairs to the lobby to the corridors to the rooms. It is right above the station. You can find it by turning right from the JR Central Exit. But it is very difficult to find the Haruka Exit. There are no road signs at all. The navigation is not working in the underground. I searched for a long time.
