The location is pretty good. If you live near Umeda, you can get off at Higobashi Station (exit at the exit of some art museum! No need to cross the road). I had an event going on, so I looked for a place close to the venue.
I don't think it's very convenient for public transport. It was far from the station and I thought it would be difficult to walk in the hot sun with a carry-on suitcase, so I took taxis for all my travels.
Also, the room was spacious and clean, and the price wasn't too high, so I was happy.
There's a convenience store nearby too.
