"Silvia.. YOU made our stay!!!! Thank you for your accommodation. We had a late flight and missed our train. Silvia reached out to a driver of hers and stayed up to ensure we arrived.. 2am. Breakfast ends at 10am and we accidentally slept over.. they waited for us and even texted to ask if we wanted breakfast. The room is GORGEOUS!!! Bed you can just melt in. I’m so so so happy with our stay!"

"Breakfast was lovely, the pool space was great and the room was beautiful. The staff really make this place special. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again as they went above and beyond which was so appreciated- especially as I was a solo traveller."

"In fairness, this place is absolutely lovely. Our room delightful. The food is outstanding and the owner is a good host. However our experience was not quite 5 stars, rather a solid 4.5. When checking in, the host was very accommodating and escorted us to our room. It was dark and I couldn’t wait to view the property in the morning. (Was not disappointed! ) I jumped in the shower and had only gotten soaped up when the hot water ran out. We spoke to the owner and he assured us that the water heater worked fine for the entire property. My husband attempted to shower a little later and he experienced the same thing. It was after that that the owner came to our room to determine that there was something wrong and we changed to another room next door. This room was also lovely . The dining room was warm and comfortable and food was delicious. Every morning at breakfast you’ll find that night’s dinner menu. If anything doesn’t appeal, simply request a replacement. One meal of note was the most delicious prawns! I think the property is so very beautiful. Every one is kind and generous. If you want to have a lovely Masseria experience I do recommend spending some time here. They are currently building a new accommodation next door and it looks gorgeous. I know the hot water thing is what takes our trip down a notch, but sure that it is now rectified."

"Booked a suite for nov 2nd; hotel Locked up on arrival, we were shown to a pokey apartment up the street with two flights of steep stairs, total nightmare for us in our 60’s and having heavy luggage. The bedroom which was in the attic had an en-suite toilet and shower , it was so tiny that the sink was in the bedroom , the wardrobe was an industrial steel locker . Website totally and shockingly misleading, worst experience ever, avoid this so called accommodation"
