"Lovely hotel only a short walk into the town and harbour where there's a good choice of restaurants. Our room was large and on a corner. Our balcony, although not very wide, wrapped around two sides of the room so we had views over the pool and towards the sea. The bar area inside in nice but the outside area is even better! As with all hotels the breakfast buffet was very busy with queues for the coffee machines. The choice was adequate. The evening meal was quite good with excellent service. We stayed in 3 different hotels as we toured around the area and this was the best one."

"We spent 10 days in this oasis of peace during which Annamaria, Gianluca and Mrs. Pina have cooked us from breakfast (rich sweet and salad) to dinner. The room with garden and self-introduced, super clean with spacious bathroom and towels and clean towels every 3 days, including the day before departure. Situated in a strategic location to reach the most famous beaches, the beautiful Lecce and the beautiful Otranto, with free private parking."

"A few minutes' drive south of the magical Otranto lies this Masseria, which we really liked. It is definitely an ideal starting point for exploring the town and the surrounding area and retreating in the evening to an absolutely peaceful and lovingly designed environment. We stayed in superior room no. 14. With two private terraces, one of which actually had a sea view, it was probably the best in its category. The furnishings were brand new and very tasteful - not luxurious, but remarkably attractive and comfortable. The whole complex is harmoniously decorated in the typical local shades of sand, white and beige. Everything is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The restaurant has a few special features: It is a bit strange that the charming boss's office is set up in the restaurant itself. So you get her business phone calls served with your coffee, so to speak. Otherwise, the breakfast with many high-quality, local products ensures an enjoyable start to the day. While there is a huge and fantastic selection of freshly baked cakes and pastries, the bread selection is rather sparse for Central European habits. Dinner is only served if enough guests sign up. An exquisite fish menu is then offered (no choice!), with which many wonderful regional wines can also be ordered - all at prices that do not spoil the enjoyment. We found the staff to be remarkably friendly, even warm, and helpful. We can only recommend this place without reservation."

"Highly recommend. We stayed for two weeks and just about to leave. Firstly Andrea the Manager and his team, courteous, kind, informative, friendly, hardworking and fun, nothing was to much trouble, prior to our trip, not finding the property at 1am and Andrea's help. This is what makes this a great stay. We stayed in a well kept and spotless clean duplex little house, 2 bedrooms with one bathroom (with twin 16 year old girls, another bathroom would have been great, but we got on ok) with the ability to cook for ourselves or eat out. Your own garden and balcony, use of two washing machines was great for two weeks. The gardens, pool, and grounds are well kept. Entertainment some evenings, we thoroughly enjoyed the Pasta making. The pool is quite most of the day and evenings busier. The menu for dinner was not for us. We eat out or cooked ourselves. We walked to the local beach you can avail of the little transport train. The local food market 10 mintue walk then onto the beach. 17 mintue drive to Otranto for fab restaurants, beach, shopping, larger supermarkets. Every other day we did a day trip, Andrea gave us so many good recommendations, thank you. We really would recommend."
