"The room wasn't very clean, the bathroom exhaust fan was broken, and there was only heating, no air conditioning. Because it was a bit hot, we couldn't turn on the heating, but the room was very damp and uncomfortable, and the towels were still wet the next day 😩"

Sofa was covered in sand Breakfast was cold Not aware of jazz festival and very noisy with people / performers standing outside our room in hallway talking loudly. Music continued to 1 am and kept me awake, despite asking for a quiet room. Check-in times rigid and unable to use pool which was a shame broken patio door latch so not able to secure No wardrobe doors Broken robe hook"
