The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful.
Breakfast was great.
The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the sea, the surrounding restaurants had sea views and were enjoyable.

Our stay at the Be Live Experience Cala Mayor was quite good. The offer and variety in the breakfast buffet is very good, the friendliness of the reception service was exceptional, and the location is highly recommended.

L'hotel è carino e il personale accogliente. Avevo una camera con vista sul mare, direi molto bella e la pulizia è stata ottima (non ho capito però perché mettono il cartello per il risparmio dell'acqua e poi ti cambiano comunque gli asciugamani tutti i giorni). Ho apprezzato tantissimo il servizio telo mare gratuito con cambio anche giornaliero e la spa (costo 10€ingresso) situata nella struttura only adults. Ho trovato un po' cara l'offerta del bar, forse però in linea coi prezzi alti di Maiorca. Uniche 3 note dolenti: 1) il personale alla reception è stato molto accogliente, ma poco preparato (a parte una, italiana) sul fornire info di base ad un turista come mezzi, consigli su dove uscire la sera ecc...2) il bagno cieco senza aspiratore e 3) abbiamo dovuto segnalare noi che il sapone (dispenser) era finito. Consiglierei comunque la struttura... colazione davvero buona e ricca.

Another enjoyable stay at this hotel. I like the local area, access to the beach, short walk to the nearest shopping centre, over an hour walk to the centre of Palma, convenient public transport to the city as well as the airport. Friendly and helpful staff, nice pool area with a shower and toilet. Generous continental breakfast choices, freshly cooked. Access to facilities based at the other nearby hotels from the same branch.

Por motivos familiares tuve que alojarme un fin de semana en este hotel, cercano a la capital y al aeropuerto. Tenía una habitación individual, que a diferencia e las dobles no tenía balcón. Aún así, era cómoda, y la cama grande y confortable. Tenía gimnasio, piscina, y la zona del bufet del desayuno (por cierto abundante y e calidad) cercana a la piscina era muy agradable. Personal amable. Difícil aparcar en la zona. La playa que está justo enfrente del hotel era pequeña y bastante concurrida.

L'emplacement de cet hôtel est exceptionnel sur magnifique plage sable blanche de Cala Major. La plage dispose des transats(6€/jour) et des parasols(7 €/jour) et bars de plage. La couleur d'eau turquoise est incroyable, l'eau est clair et trés propre par rapport autre plage de Palma!!! Le personnel reste professionnel et a l'ecoute malgré barrière de langue avec réception 24h/24. Le bus numero 4 se trouve a proximité, l'achat de ticket direct dans le bus, pas de CB accepté.Prevoir les monnaies (2€ le trajet), en 25 minutes vous arriverez en centre de Palma. La chambre es grande avec la vue incroyable sur mer. Le petit déjeuner buffet salé/sucré est assez varié, et le plus de ce séjour c'est le dîner à un de 3 restaurantd au choix. Notre choix reste le restaurant lounge Mazaï. Choix des plats sur la carte est variée, tres belle présentation de chaque plat, les serveurs trés aimables et professionnels. Ca était un de plus belle séjour sur Palma. Nous avons revenir dans cet hôtel l'année prochaine, c'est sur.
