"I stayed for 1 night on 10th July 2026. I have stayed here previously as well. On 10th July 2026 I checking and it was mode. Check out was little slow as I had to wait till they check the room and I had a cab waiting. The most shocking part was, after sometime of my check in I was inside the room and a person from housekeeping entered. Upon entering the room he was shocked to see me there, he was not aware somebody was inside the room. His words "sorry sir I did not know this was a check in room I thought it was a check out". This is the lapse from the management side. I informed the reception about it and one supervisor from hk came and apologized and that was it. This is an extreme situation and a breach of privacy and the management should be responsible for it. What if I was in a compromising situation? This is certainly not acceptable. There's no senior manager to give a courtesy call or meet after the incident. I work for a 5 star hotel myself. Remadra is a good hotel and a get away from daily life. Rooms are good and team and basic which are required are there. But this is something which should be looked into. I am sure the senior management does not know about this. I have not been contacted for this. I could have escalated this to very different level but I choose not to. Hope the hotel realises this and trains that team for the same Thank you"

"Just came back today from a great weekend. This is my third visit and still feels refreshing. Thanks to all (most of) the staff who made our stay memorable. Firstly, thank you Ria for a smooth check in and upgrade to the family studio. We loved the room. Also to the team who deliver the cake and the desserts...they were awesome. Housekeeping was very prompt inspite of the vastness of the resort. Thanks Manujay and Imran for the decoration, prompt services. Thanks Aniketh (hope m correct with the name) at the bar. Chef Gaurav and Chef Saurav for making my dinner great - also for offering snacks and deserts from the buffet; me and my family loved the gesture. Also Chef Dugal for checking on me at breakfast. Service from Nadeem, Anjana were great. Also Ritam. Some of the names I dont remember ... Thank you Mr Shimul and your team at Red Bricks and Chaupal. [I wish I could say the same about seevice at Tangra :(, though the food was good ]. Some of the plus points to readers awareness - family studio and pool villas are great, property is huge and green and peacocks and ducks and birth make it so natural. Some of the cons: I was disappointed with the upkeep of the pool - not by the hotel but by the guests - feeding makhnas to your kids in the pool, beer bottles lying around, plastic bottles thrown everywhere! Feels sad from (educated?) people who spend 20 grand for a night but lack basic sense. And talking so loudly, feels like its their own backyard. I find the pool at Marriott Aravali much better actually. One more point: In weekends, lunch is only buffet option which is around 4k pp and the ala carte is only at Tangra (chinese) which appeared bit pricey. But overall a great place."

"We stayed here before and was satisfied. This time was a bit disappointed. The rooms and hallways are smelly, the WIFI is absolutely terrible. Service some is good, some is not so much. The cleaner asked for chinese money, the check in is so slow, and seems not organized and too many process that are unnecessary. After this stay, we’ll try new hotel next time."
