"Another great stay at this very charming and discreet hotel in the glorious Umbrian countryside. We came here 7 years ago and were not disappointed on our return. Rooms are superbly appointed and very authentically Umbrian, with lots of space and great products in the bathroom. There are two beautifully quiet pools on site to serve the different areas of the hotel, as well as a relatively new and very high quality spa with a heated pool and jacuzzi, as well as a sauna and steam room. Dinner on the half-board option was very impressive, as was the wine list. Breakfast was also very nice, although service was sometimes a bit slow and the buffet was sometimes re-stocked rather slowly after busy periods, but it wasn’t a big problem, as long as you’re not in a hurry. Meals were taken in the beautiful courtyard outside the main building, which is a fantastic place to sit and enjoy the fresh air and the impressive gardens. The staff at reception were always extremely helpful and ready with advice if needed, as well as helping us with restaurant and day trip recommendations. The views are too stunning to describe in words. A special hotel if you are celebrating something important or just want a luxurious break somewhere discreet and peaceful."

"This very clean and clean farming is welcomed by the incredible gentleness and delicacy of the green of the beautiful Umbria! The hall/structure manager is a very prepared lady in describeing all prelibateties based on bison meat , animals raised by Massimilian, the owner who with love and respect follows them 7/7 gg h24 to ensure their health and life in The tour between these impressive creatures, where Massimilian is the chicheron, brings you close to a world that, at least for me, was completely unthinkable and from which I was pleasantly fascinated and happy! Tip: To avoid unnecessary criticism of unknown realities and to let you be transported into a culinary and lived adventure that brings a little to the taste of history and to contact with the animal world, wild and really majesty. Thanks to all the team for giving me one of the most magic weekends out of the ordinary last years.❤️"
