The fitness center is outdated and poorly maintained, making it unsuitable for a proper workout. Service is slow, and staff seem more focused on enforcing rules than providing a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, the quality and service level are more in line with a solid 2-star hotel. (Swimming pool opens around 08:00 and gym is not 24h open)."

"Environment: Located in the city center, near the bus station, it's a bit nerve-wracking at night with many people loitering around asking for money. It's safe during the day. Facilities: Somewhat old. Cleanliness: Overall acceptable. Service: The front desk staff speaks excellent English. Breakfast is decent, and the service is good. One of the recommended taxis was good, but the other driver demanded a higher price and used deceptive tactics to extort money. Very dishonest. See the last picture; be extremely careful and avoid this scam. The sky lounge on the sixth floor has a great view. Drinking water is available in the lobby. There are security guards at the entrance."

"The environment is great, with an open-plan breakfast restaurant where you can see birds strolling around. There's a swimming pool, though a bit small, but you can swim at the nearby Torarica and Royal Torarica hotels. Advantages: Great environment, shares resources with the two adjacent hotels; Disadvantages: Rooms are hard to book, often fully booked."
