"The hotel is located in a rather remote area and is quite old. The lobby lighting was dim, and there was a fish tank behind the reception desk. The room design was odd; the bed in one room was quite high, requiring you to climb four steps. The toilet in the bathroom had a strange design, and the bathtub was right in front of the bathroom door, so when showering, water splashed everywhere, almost reaching the room. The breakfast restaurant chairs were quite grand. The owner intended the hotel to be very impressive, but the design didn't quite live up to expectations!"

"The hotel is very nice, clean and full of activities. The rooms in the renewed part are modern with a nice bathroom and a terrace with a view on the pool and the forest. The place is very calm. There is an outside pool which is nice but unfortunately not heated so even in July has max 15 degrees. There are 2 nice jacuzzi to be used, hammam, tennis courts, beach volleyball, ping pong, bowling and many others. The breakfast are quite good but the dinners served by the buffet style are really terrible 😣 For me if they work on the food part they can be really a high level place for the holidays"

"The hotel apparently assigned itself 4 stars, but the room's equipment corresponds to a maximum of 2 stars. There are no wardrobes in the rooms, only one small shelf. The basic equipment that belongs to a four-star hotel is missing, starting with the missing television (I haven't slept in a hotel in the last 20 years, or at least I don't remember anything like that), there is no minibar or safe in the room. When we arrived in the room, we found out that one set of towels was missing, we had to go to the reception, because there was no phone in the room that could be used to contact the reception. Take away two stars and everything will be fine. I definitely do not recommend the hotel."
