"I booked a stay at this property and even insisted on paying the deposit upfront on July 1st to ensure maximum transparency. Unfortunately, on July 8th, due to an injury, I had to inform them that I could no longer make the trip and asked if it was possible to cancel the reservation. The property promptly sent me a cancellation confirmation email. However, as soon as I asked for the refund of my deposit, they completely ghosted me: they stopped responding to emails and provided zero customer support. Extremely unfair and unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise against booking here due to their total lack of respect for customers."

"We stayed at Irida Boutique Hotel in October for two days. Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The hotel is set in a stunning location above Giannakis Beach, and is close to the promenade with many restaurants and bars. The level of service at the hotel was outstanding, thanks especially to Christos, the owner, and the entire staff. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and feature balconies overlooking the bay and the beach. Breakfast was delicious, rich, and beautifully presented. It was an absolute pleasure to start the day with breakfast on the balcony, enjoying the view of the bay. Highly recommended – we’re already looking forward to returning in the summer months!"

"Not 5 star, fantastic view, lovely food, very clean but expensive. Could be a lot better with better customer service and more information. Would be good to have a separate pool for children as only 1 step into pool and that's where kids and family congregate. Pool was small to medium. Beach was nice but very cramped with sunbeds and difficult to walk on with only a few feet in front of water. Hotel very isolated with no evening entertainment and we were reliant on taxis into Parga. Very little information at reception (when manned) No real complaints but too many niggly issues. Would return to Parga but not this hotel."

"The hotel was lovely with a great location right on Valtos beach. Our room was excellent, with a beautiful view. The room was kept spotless every day with super comfy beds. The staff were all helpful and their restaurants served excellent food. It was a perfect base to explore valtos beach and a short, uphill walk to the ridge and castle. Highly recommended."

"We stayed for 10 nights in May and had an amazing time. The room was lovely and modern. It's also well situated and is about 5 minutes from Valtos beach and a 10 minute walk into Parga. "Should start with the caveat that we travellled summer 2025. This is a lovely village style resort comprising small blocks around several plunge pools. The beach and general area is stunning, always in view of the castle and about 15 minutes walk or a boat trip to Parga itself. The all inclusive was not cheap but decent value, essentially it gives you free rein at the beach bar and restaurant, so everything is branded and waited on. We found the buffets of good quality. The service was good, especially from Dimitris and Irini who looked after us so kindly. I m not sure where the idea this is, or should be an adults only resort came from, there were lots of families when we went there and it was perfectly pleasant. If you want a good quality resort on a beautiful beach this place might be for you. If you want spacious pools, plentiful sunbeds, water parks then maybe not so much. In theory we would have returned, however the prices have really hiked. My understanding is that this is based on one of the restaurants and the beachfront bungalows having been upgraded. Fair enough, but the prices we saw (for peak time in fairness) were approaching IKOS prices and with all due respect and affection. this is nowhere near that level."
