"We usually love staying at Atour hotels, but this particular one was disappointing. The hotel feels very outdated and poorly maintained. The elevator was quite concerning to use, and the room clearly needed more attention. The AC was dusty, there were dirty corners throughout the room, and we even found hair from previous guests in the shower. Management should pay closer attention to cleanliness and maintenance standards, as many basic issues seem to be overlooked. Another frustrating issue was the night reception team. I ordered food and pharmacy items, but nobody sent them up despite the delivery robot sitting unused at the charging station. After waiting for a long time, I had to go downstairs in the middle of the night only to find my deliveries had been sitting there the whole time. Definitely not the standard I’ve come to expect from Atour."

"The overall experience at Kaiyuan Senbo Jiaxing was excellent. There were plenty of activities within the park, and our butler, Xiao Lan, was very responsive, proactively sending us activity guides. There were also some wonderful performances in the lobby. The resort was very accommodating to children, and even gave them small gifts upon departure. The kids were very happy!"

"Although there was construction nearby, it didn't disturb my rest at all. Very soundproof. The front desk staff, cleaning ladies, and restaurant staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The service was excellent. Signed by Yu Hua (a famous Chinese writer). I stayed in a twin room; the room was spacious, had strong air conditioning, and was very clean. Breakfast was different every day; I especially want to mention the delicious wontons. Convenient transportation; it's very close to the Victory Restaurant on Beida Street by taxi, and to Guanhaiyuan Park to watch the sunrise. Qiyuan Garden and the Zhang Leping Memorial Hall are right outside the door, just a 2-3 minute walk. By the way, you can visit the Zhang Yuanji Library in the evening; it's free, quiet, and very comfortable. Overall, a perfect score!"

"The hotel is strategically located, only two or three minutes' walk from the bus station and 10-15 minutes' walk from Guanhai Garden, where Yu Hua mentions the most beautiful sunrise. If you don't want to leave the hotel to go to the beach, you can go directly to the 19th floor at 9 o'clock to watch the sunrise, which is also a unique experience. Xiao Cheng at the front desk is responsive to every request. There are shopping malls and restaurants nearby, making shopping and dining very convenient."

"The hygiene is really worrying. When I was about to go to bed, I saw curly hair on the pillow. When changing the pillowcase, couldn't they check if the pillow was clean? I called the front desk to change the sheets. After more than ten minutes, a security guard came up with a sheet. He didn't know the size and didn't know how to change it. The new sheet was placed directly on the footrest and kept being rubbed. This kind of square pillow, you don't put things that you don't wash on the pillow, okay? It really affects people's mood. This is the first time I have encountered a laundry room without drying. Can't I take the washed clothes back wet?"
