"The stay was excellent. Xiao Liu at the front desk was warm and polite, and the check-in process was efficient and straightforward. Since we were traveling with a child, they thoughtfully provided a toy car for the baby and even upgraded us to a city view room. The air conditioning wasn't very effective at heating, but after mentioning it when we went out to eat and beforehand, the room was warm immediately upon our return. The service was superb; we truly felt at home. The breakfast was also good, and the value for money was excellent. Overall, a very satisfying stay, and I highly recommend it!"

"Our first time staying in this hotel , We chose it because it was 1 of only 3 that had a swimming pool , a call was made the day before we booked to make sure the pool was open, as with previous experience you cannot rely on trip.com to give accurate Information , on arrival we were then informed that the pool was an external business, that a swimming cap was reguired , which we had not been informed of when asking about the pool, this was another 135cny , which made the overall cost more than the Ramada hotel, thankfully the manager of the hotel accepted this responsibility and provided a solution, thank you , everything else had been great upto this point and the front desk staff the next morning were kind enough to shower our daughter with gifts , thank you again, we will book again next time, more prepared"
