The overall experience of the hotel exceeded expectations, there was no smell at the door, the whole house was cleaned, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the sleep was particularly stable. The front desk staff was warm and polite, the check-in speed was fast, and the demand was responded promptly. The location is excellent, it is very convenient to travel and eat, the sound insulation effect is good, and the night is very quiet. The supporting facilities are complete, the hot water is sufficient, the network speed is smooth, and the price is among the best in the surrounding hotels. I really recommend everyone to stay.

Before coming, I looked at several guesthouses in Heishui County and finally chose this one. Both the environment and service were great! It's very close to the scenic area, and the owner arranged for someone to pick us up and drop us off. We loved the style of our room—it was spacious, bright, comfortable, and clean. The air conditioning was adjustable and provided warmth, so we didn't feel cold at night! It was super cozy! It's a whole guesthouse with its own courtyard, and the owner was very welcoming—they even helped us with our luggage! So thoughtful! I'd definitely book this guesthouse again next time I come back. The room had one large bed and one medium-sized bed, and the cleanliness was acceptable. However, the drain in the shower was slow, causing the bathroom to flood after a shower. Breakfast was mediocre. The hotel environment was nice, and it was close to Dagu Glacier.

A friend helped me book it. The boss is super nice, hospitable, and the service is thoughtful. The atmosphere of the whole village is relatively young and has strong ethnic characteristics. It is a very good choice whether it is a family trip or a trip with parents. I like the atmosphere here. It is quiet, comfortable and hygienic. The balcony view is also very beautiful

The room is big. It is modern, nice and clean. One side of the building is facing road and another one is facing river. One thing you should prepare, the outlet is type A, 2 flat plug. Bring you adapter!

It's a beautiful Tibetan-style house, a popular spot for photos in the area, with many tourists and photographers coming to take pictures in front of it. The owner (housekeeper) is called Sister Ta, and she's a very kind person. Their building is called Banggebu.

The hotel is located in the center of the county town, which is a great advantage. The parking lot attendant was very responsible and helpful. I won't go into the other good aspects of the hotel, but I'll mention a few shortcomings: there wasn't even a small dish for the hand soap; the hand towels had holes; the washbasin had a crack with glue on it; the shower room was cramped for someone of my build; when I asked the front desk for an extra bottle of Nongfu Spring mineral water, they told me I had to pay 5 yuan per bottle; and the karaoke music from the room was so loud that it lasted until 4 a.m.... Ugh, I don't want to say any more.
