GGuest UserThe B&B I carefully selected is great: the small building is located at the foot of the mountain. The architectural style combines modern simplicity without losing the local folk customs. It is backed by green mountains and surrounded by swaying bamboos.
There is a swimming pool in front of the door, and there is a small bridge and flowing water when you go out. There is a treasure ”jelly-colored” water area a hundred meters away, which is convenient for children to play in the water after climbing the mountain. Adults can sit on the rocks in the shade and dip their feet in the water. In the stream, all worries and fatigue disappear. When you return to the B&B, the owner will cut watermelon, make tea, and prepare special handmade summer sparkling drinks.
The creek is rising, the breeze is blowing on my face, the moon is setting and the sky is filled with stars, that's probably it.

GGuest UserThe place is located very near to Fanjingshan east gate entrance/visitor centre, approximately 10 minutes walk. The owner is very friendly and gave us helpful tips on purchasing entrance tickets and beating the crowd. They have a restaurant on the ground floor so getting food was really convenient for us. The food was great and the servings were generous. Our room was clean and spacious. They even provided a very traditional tea set for use, but unfortunately we were short on time. Highly recommend!

RRaghunath C G NairAmazing! Fascinating! Fanjingshan was the final stop of our memorable 10-day tour of Guizhou Province, and we truly could not have chosen a better place to conclude our journey. We felt genuinely blessed to stay at this lovely guesthouse for three nights. From the very beginning, the owner Mr. Zhang Haotian and his family made us feel completely at home; they were warm, engaging, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.
The rooms are tastefully designed and thoughtfully laid out, perfectly sized for comfort. Our room offered a soothing view of the river, along with a private balcony; an ideal spot to relax with your favourite tea or coffee. The modern touches were impressive too, especially the high-tech sensor toilet, which added a pleasant surprise. The three-storey guesthouse is equipped with an elevator, a thoughtful convenience for guests with heavy luggage or those who may find climbing stairs challenging.
Dinner, lovingly cooked by the family, was absolutely delicious, with generous portions that reflected both their hospitality and culinary skill. Every meal felt homely and satisfying. We only wish we had taken more and better photographs of the guesthouse. Without a doubt, this is one place we will return to.
As for the enchanting Fanjing Mountain itself, the owner drove us to the scenic area entrance. He even offered to pick us up later, but we chose to walk back instead, enjoying the cool climate. Fanjing Mountain is magical in its own right. The steep cable car ride to the summit, which takes over 20 minutes, was an experience in itself, offering breathtaking views of the mountain ranges stretching endlessly around us. At the top stands the age-old Buddhist temple, serene and awe-inspiring, perfectly harmonising with its natural surroundings.
We loved the guesthouse, we are very grateful to Mr. Zhang and his family for their kindness, and deeply thankful for the unforgettable experience at Fanjing Mountain. It was the perfect ending to a remarkable journey.

It will take you around a 15mins walk or so to reach the tourist centre where you can purchase your tickets to enter the park.
The hotel is mostly aurrounded by fellow hotels and restaurants and a tiny weeny convenience stall just beside the hotel.
The plump lady receptionist might sound crude but she is extremely friendly and helpful.
The reception area is sparse but the room is defintely okay.not many guests when i was staying there.
It is worth a stay though there is nothing much to do around the area and if your aim is just to visit fanjingshan

Before choosing a place, I hesitated about whether to stay closer to the scenic area entrance, but based on my experience, I would recommend staying directly in the village. It's more physically demanding for hiking, and meals are more convenient. The owner can pick you up and drop you off at the scenic area entrance. We also found out after arriving that you can arrange pick-up and drop-off services in Tongren city in advance, and the price is slightly cheaper than taking a taxi. The owners are very easy to talk to, so there's no need to worry about any disputes. Although the facilities aren't particularly high-end, it's worth the price.

FFaxianmei，xunzhaomeiJingshan. The location of Yushe B&B is particularly good, very close to the entrance of Fanjing Mountain Scenic Area, 5 or 6 minutes walk. The room in the B&B is large, very clean, central air-conditioning, large bath water and very comfortable. There is its own restaurant, the dishes are good, and delicious rice wine is also delivered for free. There are supermarkets around, and there are vendors selling fruit at the door. The boss and his wife are very good, there are questions and answers, help carry the suitcase up and down the stairs, when climbing Fanjing Mountain, they also borrow trekking poles for free, and come down from the mountain, and go to the hotel in a few minutes for easy rest. In short, very satisfied.

Cleanliness: The room is very clean and tidy.
Environment: The hotel is located within the scenic area, in a quiet and comfortable environment.
Service: The owner's service is excellent; they proactively offer pick-up and drop-off services and provide hiking tips, which are very helpful. However, you can no longer board the sightseeing bus directly at the station; you still need to queue outside the main gate in the morning. It's more suitable for tourists who haven't managed to book the earliest entry time. Regardless of the booking time, the owner can take you into the park as one of the first groups, avoiding most tour groups and quickly getting to Fanjingshan.

YYueguangyecengjuanlianThere's an elevator, making it convenient to get things. It's very close to the East Gate, about a 10-minute walk. There are places to eat noodles along the way. Buying the earliest ticket also includes breakfast. The 7 AM ticket is very convenient; you can take a shortcut. There's no queue at Hongyun. The cable car arrives at 11 AM, and there's no queue there either. There are many good restaurants near the East Gate.

We opted for this hotel for the gorgeous courtyard type of layout. The hotel deserves the attention and my lengthy review as the architect/ designer has such an exquisite taste which shows off in the smallest details. The select of burl wood trims with marble patterns, stylish lighting fixtures…
Rooms are spacious and full of technology. Bathroom with heat floor and even ironized glass which offers instant privacy with a click of a button.
This hotel alone is worth couple nights of stay where one could plan a getaway from the city life and fully immerse themselves in the hotel’s garden trails.
This hotel is great for tourists who prioritize monetary value as It’s essentially a five star luxury resort for a fraction of the price.
However, for those who enjoy a slower pace and a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy tourisy area it offers more.
This hotel had become an integral part of my spiritual retreat escaping city and exploring the FANJING mountain area.

MM340364****Peeling paint and mold were the less serious drawbacks of this place.
When we checked in, we booked two rooms at different price points, but the hotel assigned us the cheaper one. After we complained, they claimed it was for our convenience.
Secondly, I booked a room for my parents that included breakfast, but why did the hotel charge them for breakfast in the morning? My parents called me, and I quickly clarified that their room included breakfast, and only then was they not charged.
The stay was extremely poor, and the hygiene was appalling.
