Stayed at the Portals Hills, for a 5 day break, we were part of a wedding party group. The location was great ! short walk will take you down to the some shops, Restaurants, or the beautiful, Portals further down the hill. The Hotel its self was just luxury, clean, the staff friendly and also on hand to accommodate, breakfast was fresh, healthy, and a good selection. The views stunning, Hotel pool area beautiful. Everything I expected in a boutique hotel. We will defiantly book again.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool and sauna, and the hotel provided thoughtful arrangements for our honeymoon, which we greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. My only suggestion would be to extend the opening hours of the sauna and gym, as this would give guests more time to enjoy the facilities. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly. We were offered a welcome drink as soon as we entered, and they meticulously explained all the hotel's facilities and services. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the beach every hour on the hour, with the last one at 5:00 PM. If you prefer to walk, there are about 150 steps down to the beach, where you'll find a convenient beachfront restaurant.

We were assigned a room at the very end of the corridor, which we only discovered upon reaching our floor. As we didn't experience any discomfort during the first night, we decided against requesting a room change. The view and the restaurant's ambiance were both excellent. While the restaurant was a bit pricey, we mostly ended up eating there because we didn't want to venture out. However, I must express my disappointment with the in-room amenities. The towels were old and worn, the bedding felt coarse, and the hand soap and shampoo bottles looked incredibly cheap. The liquid itself was so thick and glue-like that I dared not use it. On another note, the beach chairs outside the hotel are not complimentary and require a fee to use, as they don't belong to the property.

Hotel Bendinat in Mallorca is one of those rare gems that feels like a home away from home. Having stayed here multiple times over the years, I can confidently say that it offers a perfect blend of understated luxury, Mediterranean charm, and tranquility. The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation. The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years. One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water. Another reason I keep coming back is the atmosphere—Hotel Bendinat is peaceful, refined, and never overcrowded. Unlike larger resorts, it maintains a boutique, exclusive feel. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, taking

The hotel pool looks great, but it's really overcrowded. So many people reserve loungers with their towels early in the morning, by 8 a.m. there are no spots left, and it's obvious nobody is actually using them, just saving them. We booked a sea view room but were given a corner room instead. Looking at Ctrip reviews, I'm not the only one this has happened to, which makes me wonder if it's discrimination against Chinese guests. On the plus side, the room seemed bigger than in the photos. As for the sea view, we checked in late at night, so I couldn't be bothered to deal with it.

I really like the room leading directly to a small garden. The weather is very good and the hotel public area is also very beautiful. It seems that there is a door at the end of the large garden that leads directly to the beach. There is a road along the sea for a leisurely walk.

Very good Good location Very friendly staff Very good cleaning Excellent pool my children were very happy

Great hotel on the beach. We had a room in the annex building with a balcony on the sea side. Neat room with nice bathroom. Breakfast was very extensive with a lot of choice. The beach side is beautiful, but it has the disadvantage that many young people can be heard in the early morning who end their night out on the beach. There is nothing the hotel can do about that, but it is useful to know. I suspect it will only be during high season. Swimming pool a bit small but lovely water. Just more than a great hotel. Oh yes: super service downstairs at the reception. The ladies speak 5 languages and are not afraid to arrange anything.

My breakfast was included during my stays and as I told them to pack my breakfast because I leave early morning before their breakfast time starts. They promised me they will give us Sandwiches and other related items whereas they give us some unhealthy and bad condition cookies and wafers. I didn't even check because I trust them. But when I saw this, I was shocked and called the hotel number and they replied they didn't know anything about this. How funny!! I was really disappointed.
