Iskandar Puteri Hotels with Free Parking.

Place is very clean but far away from the usual malls that we usually go... however, if u wan to go Legoland.. this is the best place to stay cos of the location and it's really very child friendly..: with slides in the hse.. Cosy and kids love it... got the amenities we needed for family like us with kids...

Location: Near Legoland and not too far from CIQ. Best if you’re driving, but Grab is available (just fewer drivers around, so book in advance). No shops or eateries nearby. You’ll need to head to Mall of Medini or order via Grab. Cleanliness: Cleaner than many other apartments I’ve stayed in. Just minor dust on the diffuser and bedsheet, but nothing that affected comfort. Service: Excellent service, with fast replies on WhatsApp (except after 10pm). Would be great if there was a drying rack, but amenities like iron, hairdryer, hangers, and even a water dispenser were provided, which was really thoughtful. Facilities: Gym and pool were clean and well-maintained. Vending machines in the lobby were also convenient for quick snacks and drinks. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with great service and facilities. Very convenient for those visiting Legoland.

Stayed one night at X Chalet Sunway Iskandar. The concept is nice and surrounded by nature which makes it relaxing. There are fun activities nearby like go-kart and outdoor games. However, the room is a bit small and basic, and it can get hot during the day. Also, you can hear nature sounds and activity noise at night. Overall good for a short adventure stay but not for luxury comfort.” 🌳🏕️

Check-in was a breeze, and they held our luggage, which was super convenient. The room itself was comfortable. The rooftop infinity pool and sky garden were an amazing surprise! The only downside is that dining options in the immediate area are limited, with just one mall nearby for food.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Check-in was hassle-free (a bit of delay but it got sort out shortly) and the facilities were well maintained. Good option if you're visiting the Bukit Indah or Legoland area.

The management service is unsatisfactory. I have stayed here several times and encountered various issues on every occasion. ✘ Check-in was delayed, yet we still waited over an hour to complete the procedure upon arrival. During the wait, we were even offered alternative rooms as our designated room was not ready. ✘ No check-in guidelines were sent by the management after booking. We only got informed at the security gate that entry permission could only be granted after receiving official notification from the management team. ✘ There were obvious hygiene problems in the room. A strong lingering cooking fume odour filled the space, and the floor was greasy. ✘ We can only contact the management via messages with no available phone calls. Their responses are always slow, leaving guests waiting uncertainly and putting us in a passive position. ✘ Refund was not processed promptly after check-out. No payment was received days later, and we had to take the initiative to follow up and claim the refund. Positive points： ✔ The security team maintains strict access control. ✔ The accommodation price is reasonable. *I only choose this place for its convenient location suitable for my business trips. Otherwise, the management needs substantial improvement.

I had a really pleasant and comfortable stay at Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru, especially in the East Wing room. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Everything was neatly arranged, and the bed was very comfortable, giving me a good night’s rest throughout my stay. What I appreciated the most was the overall cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The facilities were in good condition, and everything felt well taken care of. The hotel environment itself was calm and welcoming, which added to the whole experience. The staff were also friendly, polite, and helpful whenever needed, making the stay even more enjoyable. Service was smooth from check-in to check-out, which I really value when staying at a hotel. Overall, I would say Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Johor Bahru. The East Wing room in particular is definitely worth it. I absolutely loved my stay at i-Homestay! Everything was wonderful, from the room and cleanliness to the overall comfort and service. I genuinely enjoyed my experience and felt very happy staying here. In fact, I loved it so much that I wanted to extend my stay for another 4 nights. I contacted customer care to arrange the extension, and I was told that someone would get back to me, but unfortunately nobody followed up. I was honestly a little sad about this, as I really wanted to stay longer. In the end, I had to follow the rules and check out as scheduled. Despite that, my overall experience was amazing, and I would happily stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend i-Homestay and would definitely return in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
