AAnonymous UserClean rooms, friendly staff, and a great kids’ playroom. The breakfast buffet is my favorite part ❤️ kudos to their chef! Despite all the amenities, the price is very reasonable. Excellent service, quality experience, and I love their gym too! 2nd time and wanna come back again ❤️

SStephiewandererWe stayed here for just one night, and honestly, it felt way too short. The staff were so kind and welcoming, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and their food was great.
I really wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel and its amenities because it definitely left a great impression. I’ll be looking forward to coming back for a longer stay next time!

GGuest UserEverything about my 1st solo travel was perfect because of my stay here. Def a safe place for solo travellers! Room is clean and comfy to stay. Updated TV with all apps. With complementary coffee & water everyday. All staffs are very accommodating & hospitable. The service & cafe food are 100% recommendable. You can even borrow utensils from room service! I would highly recommend this hotel when you visit Bacolod! (The only thing that I observed is there’s some leakage from the side ceiling when the heavy rain poured, just need some fixing) But all in all, everything was great!

SSeaDaddySixWe always stay there when we go to Bacolod City. It's right on the highway and if we need to board the ship the pier is just down the street. Breakfast is okay. Guards are always kind and remember us. Super cheap and decent place. Also lots of parking. Good AC.

JJoseph Carlito JrEverything was good but it was a bit noisy because my room was on the top corner in front on the hotel. Some very time there's a vehicle passing by especially a tricycle, I can hear the noise of the engine. I would highly recommend to book a room on the backside of the hotel.

GGuest UserLocation is good with a big provision for parking. The hotel rooms came with a mini refrigerator which is great for us who booked for 4 nights. Restaurant serves good food too.

The hotel kind a look run down. It needs a major update compare to the hotel next door where you have to go to for checking in. The room we had the door smart lock card was not working so we have to move to another room due to lock issue.

AAnonymous UserCleaniless needed to improved. Amenities a bit lacking, AC was cool enough but never cold even with the highest setting. But the location is central which made it accessible to most places you wanna visit and the staff are kind and accommodating.
