It was a very good trip. Trip made the online reservation for me, so the airport check-in was very smooth. I had two pieces of luggage on the way there, but it took less than 10 minutes at the counter. I had no luggage on the way back, so it took only 3 minutes at the airport counter. The hotel was the latest and the facilities were perfect. I was on the 31st floor and the view was amazing. The price was 4,800 yen per night, and it was an incredibly nice room. I'm especially grateful to Trip this time. Thank you 😊

I don't want to sound Biased . . . . After all I did stay in the lower penthouse here at room 4006. A bit smaller than the rooms in Makati. I guess the place was just finished and launched. There were quite a few renovation works that were going on. A few things in the apartment like the sink clogging a bit. The TV and network a bit on and off. But overall it was 4.0/5.0 stars. It's a SMDC property so I'm sure they will get things right like they did in Makati. But this place was really good as well. Despite those small hiccups. I loved the place. An easy recommendation to anyone visiting the Philippines.

We stayed at GemstoneBR for 2days. It's a really nice apartment unit, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Flawless whatapss communication with the host. Very accessible and highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was a pleasant stay.. my daughter's graduation is in PICC and it was a perfect location. The place was nice and clean and my 2kids loved the contemporary design of the unit. Will reco this to my friends definitely 😍

The unit is very clean. The automatic check-in is also very convenient. The host is very friendly. There is a supermarket downstairs and the kitchen can also be used for cooking. We enjoyed our stay. I will stay next time.🥰
