"This place was amazing! My wife and I stayed just a couple of nights but we felt like we were on our second honeymoon. They really live up to their name, “The Pause.” We were able to disconnect fully while not even leaving the cabin. The service was exceptional. We communicated our room service orders via WhatsApp and the staff was at our cabin within minutes. We enjoyed the open air hot tub a lot and the blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in undisturbed. In the mornings we’d press a button so that the remote control curtains would open up slowly revealing our amazing view of the mountains and water. During the day we enjoyed kayaking from our private dock and waving at the wonderful people on the boats passing by. We also enjoyed the food which was exceptional. This place was a dream for us. We would definitely return."

"They were so kind and wonderful! The view was amazing! However, there was a heavy rain the day we stayed, so you might want to be prepared for it to be quite difficult to get from the front desk to your room on a rainy day. Our room also leaked... (I don't think it's a problem with normal rain. It was really heavy rain when we stayed.) The breakfast was great, so next time I'd like to eat it on the terrace in my room while enjoying the beautiful view."

"We had a lovely time at La Pausa, despite the uninspiring weather during our visit. The hotel has excellent views of the lake and our cabin was a tad rustic, but very comfortable. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed just hanging around the grounds. The gas fires on the veranda are a great idea too. Staff could not have been more helpful, both on WhatsApp and in person. The restaurant is on the more expensive side for dinner, but we enjoyed our meals. Breakfast was delicious. We were woken up at 6am by a neighbour’s gardener cutting grass, which wasn’t ideal. The staff could not have been more sorry, but there was realistically nothing they could have done about it."

"Where to even begin. The absolute most amazing resort/Villas in Guatapé. Super romantic atmosphere, beautiful natural with eco vibes. The service was incredible from Mr. Palacios, the boat driver and security guard and Jacuzzi repair man. All the other staff were super accommodating - and even though I was only there for 1 day, it was absolutely amazing. We rented jetski and did a boat tour of the area, including el Peñol. The experience was 1 of 1 and I can’t wait to go back. Thank you to the team at Atma, I will never forget"

"During our stay in Colombia, we decided to split our time between the city and Guatapé. We booked Domus Glamling way in advance and were very excited about it. Let me tell you, the place was so much more than we expected! Surroundings are beautiful, the trees, birds, water right there! The domes are beautiful and we were able to disconnect and recharge. The concept is that all your foods and drinks will be delivered directly to your dome. Even on rainy days and nights, they will make sure you get what you need. What makes all of this possible, is having personnel like Crisitina, Leo, David and Juan, who are always ready to help and accommodate your requests. The only down side was hearing some of the traffic from the main road. But eventually it got better. If you wish to have a glamping experience, we highly recommend going to Domus Glamping. It was relaxing, romantic and extremely nice."
