Anastasia Waterpark Beach Resort
"A bit disappointed with the hotel, especially the bathroom. It was covered in stains...it was really dirty. Luckily we were only there to sleep."
Seagull Hotel Apartments
"I stayed at the hotel for a couple of days in August 2023. The room was spacious. the staff was very very friendly and helpful. the location is very good. You can find everything nearby. In less than two minutes you will reach the bus stop to go to Protaras Center, and in less than three minutes you can reach the beach. The cleanliness is not the best thing at the hotel. Unfortunately, this is the only thing that ruined our stay. "
Golden Coast Beach Hotel
"In June 2026, we stayed at the Golden Coast Hotel in Cyprus. We really enjoyed our stay there. The kids' programs were very good, and the animators were kind and helpful. I would especially like to highlight an animator named Luca, who engaged with the children with great enthusiasm and came up with very creative and varied programs for our daughter, who looked forward to and enjoyed playing with Luca every day. She was extremely kind, empathetic, and patient. The self-service restaurant had gluten-free options, and it was possible to consult with the chef each time; they also prepared gluten-free meals individually if the selection was limited. The staff were generally kind and helpful. There is direct access to the beach from the hotel, which is a public area, and you had to pay for sunbeds there. The only negative was that the beach could have been cleaner. Unfortunately, hotel guests left a lot of plastic cups and straws behind. I recommend the hotel, also for those with gluten sensitivity. We would gladly return."
Crystal Springs Beach Hotel
"We had wonderful stay at Crystal Springs Hotel. Location is perfect for relaxing holiday, right on a beach with crystal-clear water and away from the crowd. Hotel is surrounded by nice garden, rooms spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Housekeeping was excellent and room was cleaned twice and sometimes even three times per day. Food was great. The variety, quality and taste, I believe that even the pickiest guests would struggle to complain. Most exeptional at this hotel is the staff. Every single person we met was friendly, professional and helpful. our special thanks to Konstantinos ("my friend" from Kozani), Eva, Stefanos, Stelios... The only point worth mentioning is the ongoing hotel extension works. Guests staying closer to the right wing may notice some construction noise in the morning. As someone who is particularly sensitive to noise and generally fed up with construction workers and machinery, I was initially very concerned, but it had absolutely no impact on our stay. Highly recommending Crystal Springs Hotel and already pllanning to visit again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
Bohemian Gardens Hotel
"thank you Bohemians gardens for making our holiday so special all the staff are brilliant especially Demetrius and Katherina who are excellent hosts. every part of the hotel is kept spotless and we cannot wait to return and highly recommend this hotel"
Tsokkos Gardens Hotel
"Great hotel for a 3 star, food was amazing lots of choice. The snack bar was good too. Toasties, chips, chicken and beef burgers. Cocktails were good too with plenty of options. Rooms clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels. Pool towels available and can be changed every 3 days for fresh ones."
Windmills Hotel Apartments
"We stayed in Windmills in August 2012 for a week and were in Cyprus for a wedding. On arrival the front of the complex presented a pleasing aspect but by the time we met the reception staff we had begun to have reservations. When we got to our apartment we had become very disillusioned by the quality of the premises. The floor tiles were cracked in numerous places throughout the living room, bedroom and bathroom. The fabric on the 2 sofas were ripped and unrepaired in many places. There was a brown lump of something clinging to the bed room curtain. The hem of the curtain in the living area leading out to the small balcony was down and was very dirty. The shower head hung limply downwards and my partner had to rig up a makeshift repair in order for us to have a shower. The tiles in the shower had been replaced in one area with tiles which didn't match the rest, areas of the tiling were bowed outwards and the grout was in serious need of some deep cleaning. The seal of the fridge was damaged and the door handle was a badly done repair job. The bin lids were broken on both kitchen and bathroom bins. On the balcony there were obvious remnants of 3 old birds' nests which had been knocked off but not cleanly removed. The overall standard of the property was very run down and shabby. When we complained to the reception we were told all the apartments were the same standard! We asked to borrow an iron on four days running and were told there was one iron for the complex and it was out to someone who had not returned it, but they didn't know who had it! We had to buy an iron to ensure our outfits for the wedding were pressed. Good luck getting a sunbed by the pool as it is open to non-residents and was always fully subscribed by towels if not by actual people!! On the plus side the cleaner was a lovely and very hard working lady who provided extra cleaning and removed the suspect brown substance from the bedroom curtains immediately it was pointed out to her."
Atlantica Sea Breeze, Adults Only
"Just got back from this amazing hotel. I truly couldn't fault anything. The staff were so helpful, the food was lovely with a great selection and the deserts are amazing with real flavour, which was a nice change. The hotel, rooms and pool area were spotless. 👌"
At Herbal Boutique Hotel & Spa
"It’s a shame that this beautiful building is so poorly operated. We stayed for 3 nights with our family of 4 and never had our room cleaned once, despite asking for it multiple times. I had to ask more than once for a fresh set of towels and for additional shampoo and conditioner. We also booked a sea view room and instead got a view of the pool. Nothing was done by management to address our complaints, it’s likely they ignored them. On our last day the pool was completely emptied and refilled, so it was not available for swimming until noon the next morning. When asking why, the explanation we got was that it didn’t look clean so they decided to clean it….disturbing response and a real inconvenience that we weren’t able to enjoy the pool in the morning. Simply put, I would not stay here again."
