Ten thousand thumbs up! If you're in Yubeng during the rainy season, you absolutely cannot miss this hotel. You get a direct view of the snow-capped mountains, and in the morning, you can watch the sunrise illuminate them from your room. The soundproofing is excellent, and there's underfloor heating throughout. The design is simple but blends perfectly with the scenery – they really put a lot of effort into it! The bed was incredibly comfortable. But the best part was the service. When I ran out of water at night and went to buy two bottles, the owner just gave them to me for free. This reminds me of a crummy hotel in Feilai Temple that charged 600 RMB and then even charged for water. Compared to that, I feel like guests at Muchen are so lucky!

Fantastic, fabulous, and fascinating! This homestay in Benzilan is pure magic! The location is serene, the accommodation spotless, and the people—simply outstanding. The hosts treat you like family, always smiling and going the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. Honestly, leaving this place is the hardest part! It’s hands down my best stay in Yunnan. If you’re heading to Deqin for Meili Snow Mountain, this is a must-stay. Highly recommended!

Overall, it was a great stay. The hotel thoughtfully provided tips for altitude sickness in the room and prepared items and facilities to combat it, such as Coke, oxygen packs, and an oxygen supply system. The decor leans towards a Wabi-sabi style, and the buckwheat pillows were very comfortable to sleep on. You can watch the 'golden sun illuminating the mountain' from the 4th floor. Service: After booking this time, the hotel offered a ******* costume photoshoot experience. ******* clothes and headwear were available in the hotel lobby. After the shoot, we received 3 free original photos. This was a collaboration with NICO Travel Photography. The photographer was very professional 📷, snapped great shots 👍, was excellent at composition and finding the right light, and even guided our poses. We got the photos quickly, and then back at the hotel, a dedicated staff member helped us choose the best ones. The entire process was very pleasant, and we got some amazing 'life photos' – fantastic!

An absolutely fantastic stay! First off, the views are unbeatable – our room had direct views of the Meili Snow Mountain. Secondly, the service was incredible; they offered a service chat group, afternoon tea, and a sweet soup before bed, truly thinking of everything. Lastly, the activities were amazing: sunset fireworks, professional photo shoots, and the Sang Incense Ceremony. There was never a dull moment! The room and bed were also spacious. Highly recommend!

The hotel's environment and facilities are top-notch for the Feilai Temple area. The owner is incredibly genuine. We were driving back to Xiamen from Ali and stopped here to rest. The owner personally and meticulously helped us with our luggage, and the two lovely ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and upgraded us to a beautiful mountain view room (the picture shows the view from the window). In the morning, they also arranged for us to see the magnificent and boundless panoramic 'sun-kissed golden mountains' from the rooftop. Amazing! We will definitely choose this place again next time.

If you're traveling by bus like me, this hotel is the best choice because it's right next to the bus stop, literally less than a minute's walk away. 😂 **Accommodation:** The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. It's about a 5-6 minute walk from Feilai Temple observation deck. They offer free breakfast, but unfortunately, I didn't get to try it due to time constraints, which was a bit of a shame. 😔 **Facilities:** They have floor heating, an oxygen concentrator, a humidifier, and a heated ceiling in the bathroom. **Service:** The uncle was very talkative and immediately invited everyone to sit down and rest. The aunt brought a cup of hot tea. The male host (I think)? He seemed a bit shy but diligently helped carry our luggage. The female host (I think)? She was gentle and detailed in explaining the room facilities and how to use the floor heating. They are a very warm and friendly family! The next morning, I saw the shy male host carefully wiping the steps and he even reminded me to be careful as the ground was slippery. **P.S.** There are thoughtful little details in every corner of the room. Check the small box in the bedside table – you're sure to find something you need. This time, I forgot my hand cream, and the snake oil balm there solved a big problem! They were incredibly enthusiastic and attentive throughout, patiently helping us plan our hiking routes, reminding us of important precautions, and even proactively drying our soaking wet hiking shoes after our treks.
