PPavelHigh standards and a great atmosphere, but without arrogance. The staff is simply the best. I forgot my glasses in a restaurant in another area, I just told the concierge service and an hour later the glasses were already on me.
We were sitting outside with my family and wanted to drink cocktails here and not at the bar, the manager organized everything, although everything was not so smooth there due to the ban on alcohol.
They upgraded the room category to sea view. Everything is free.
This is truly 5-star service. Before that we lived in Fairmont and everything was not like this.

GGuest UserThe hotel is generally good, but I encountered some problems: - I booked a luxurious royal suite through Trip.com, which was supposed to be 90 square meters, but I was surprised to find it was only 65 square meters upon arrival. - I requested room cleaning, waited two hours, and ultimately canceled the cleaning. - The bathroom floor needs mopping because water remained on it.
