GGuest UserThe lobby's air freshener smells great. All the hotel staff are super friendly and always greet guests proactively. The smart power system in the rooms is very convenient.

PPavelHigh standards and a great atmosphere, but without arrogance. The staff is simply the best. I forgot my glasses in a restaurant in another area, I just told the concierge service and an hour later the glasses were already on me.
We were sitting outside with my family and wanted to drink cocktails here and not at the bar, the manager organized everything, although everything was not so smooth there due to the ban on alcohol.
They upgraded the room category to sea view. Everything is free.
This is truly 5-star service. Before that we lived in Fairmont and everything was not like this.
