Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix/Midtown

This location is in the nicer side of Phoenix. It was very clean and comfortable. After hours, you must use your room key to even enter the lobby, so it felt really safe. The rooms are really spacious and cozy. The beds have a dial that you can choose how soft or firm you would like it, which I thought was super cool. The shower was also really nice! I normally dislike hotel showers because they never have good water pressure or get cold quick. We had our own balcony with a nice view of the beautiful pool. The pool was heated and has a nice waterfall and bonfire at night. There’s vending machines and food and drinks for order in the lobby. It’s also super close to a ton of restaurants and stores. Over all everything was really nice. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phoenix!
Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport North

Phoenix Central City
I think even Japanese people who can't speak English can stay with peace of mind. It is also close to the airport connecting train station. You can walk during the day, but I think it's best to avoid it at night. Be quiet and use ride-sharing or hotel transportation.
Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix North Happy Valley

Deer Valley
Hotel is easy to get to. My towels and linen were fresh and white. The hotel is in good shape. Plently of place to walk or run. The only draw back to this hotel is that it may have had the very worst coffee and the day 2 it actully was undrinkable.
Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Downtown

Phoenix Central City
I was very pleasantly surprised by my stay here. The lobby is a gorgeous art deco design that they’ve kept up and also modernized. My suite was quite large, particularly for a downtown area. Parts of it were a bit dated but it was also updated in other areas. What I was really blown away by was the service. I was greeted by the wonderful Priscilla who went above and beyond throughout my stay. She answered all of my questions on the Hilton app almost immediately. But everyone I interacted with was so friendly. The breakfast was quite good, particularly for a Hilton Garden Inn. I had it included, but otherwise it was $24 which is honestly on the cheaper side for business-centered hotels these days. Izta was super attentive and a very friendly face to wake up to each day. You should absolutely check out the rooftop bar. They had really good cocktails and, again, wonderful service. The views were phenomenal. If you have business downtown, the location of the hotel is quite central. Having the light rail right outside the door was convenient as well. Phoenix is not a very accessible city without a car, however, so you would probably want one if you are planning on being outside of the downtown area. They have valet parking available, however I did not utilize it. Overall, I would absolutely return here when I am back in Phoenix.
